Principal Activities
Assist process engineering in isolating complex manufacturing issues whether it is in process, material, or machine functionality related.
Aid Process Engineering to reduce cycle times and increases efficiency of automated equipment.
Assist in program start-ups involving processes, equipment, machinery, and tools (fixtures and jigs).
Investigate new technologies to enable DAA to stay competitive in Automotive Manufacturing.
Aid Process Engineering in small project work. (Small Automation projects, PLC Projects).
Develop and manage datasheets (approved by Process Engineering). Process changes must be validated prior to implementation.
Responsible to work with support departments in scheduling and reporting of trials.
Collect SPC data on key processes and work with Process Engineering on results.
Assist with updating and maintaining equipment drawings and any other documentation needed.
10% Travel is required

Delta Electronics is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician (FST) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound technical support calls from engineers or customers, providing remote troubleshooting and activation of newly installed site equipment.
