Qualifications Experience Minimum of two years of experience preferred but not required Must be 19 years of age. Education High School graduate and Trade School Education preferred Physical Requirements For this support function, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee will not be required to lift and/or move materials and should limit lifting of items of no more than 70 lbs. Vision - must be able to see with or without corrective lenses. Availability Ability to work an open schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of GGC. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job; however, this position is not full time and work can be provided on an as needed basis with limited time on duty. This position is also limited to approved operations times and when other maintenance staff personnel are on duty. This position will not be required, nor should they be on property by themselves. If after hours support is required, phone support to maintenance staff is preferred.
