ACLS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained through duration of employment.

Summary:
The Field Service Engineer position is responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support for TomoTherapy and CyberKnife customers. This position is responsible for the onsite management and resolution of customer equipment issues and requesting further TomoTherapy or CyberKnife resources on an as-needed basis to quickly resolve problems. Timely response to customer requirements is required due to the nature of the equipment and the medical therapy provided to patients. This position may also involve providing support to customer employed in-house service personnel.
The Field Service Engineer may support multiple sites in their geographical location. Field Service engineers may also work hours other than a traditional daytime shift and may also work weekend days as part of their normal work days with limited notice due to the emergent nature of service work. PRODUCT SUPPORT
Provide installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance support for TomoTherapy and CyberKnife systems located at assigned customer sites

As a Filter Tech, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.
Job Requirements:
FREQUENT overnight travel- there is a possibility during peak times that you will stay overnight at locations within your region for MANY of the stops in your driving route-details to be discussed during your interview with the hiring manager. Meals and accommodations are paid for by the company.
Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions, subject to monthly review).
Must live within 40 miles of the designated region.
Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.
Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.
Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
Work independently with remote supervision.
Must be willing and able to potentially work 40-50 hours per week.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds

Entry Level Technician Responsibilities:
Conduct Bulk Gas Safety Inspections (BGSI's) on bulk CO2 delivery systems
Use handheld device for customer information, inspection results, and communication with assigned location management (depot)
Perform basic installations and service activities as needed
Entry Level Technician Requirements:
Valid US Driver's license for a minimum of 18 months and have 12 months of relevant driving experience within the previous 2 years
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
Must have a clean driving record (no accidents or moving violations in last 24 months)
