Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled

Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Oversight and scheduling of service operations including routine services, breakdowns, and after-hours calls
2. Perform and maintain daily lot check to better manage workflow into shop, prioritize order of operation, and keep yard/lot organized and neat
3. Work in process management- Closing and approving technician work orders, including making sure the correct parts are charged out, labor is correct, and comments are entered

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

**The Role**
The Operations Technician III - Federal has an in-depth technical knowledge of network operations to perform circuit and equipment/network restoration. The technician proactively monitors, responds to and resolves network issues and alarms. In the process of network restoration notifies management and program office with risk potential and an impact assessment.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Perform circuit and equipment/network restoration, recognize potential jeopardy conditions.
+ Management of circuits (T1 - 100Gb, Ethernet & IP), perform testing and activation of new network circuits as well as long-haul, metro and international optical networks.
+ Work very closely with Federal government network operation centers (NOC) customers for all demand and scheduled maintenance to conform to customer network management requirements and protocols.
+ Analyze network troubles, assess performance data and develop design optimization plans accordingly
+ Interface with fiber vendors, telecom providers and other entities on complex technical matters.
+ Participate as a Lead/SME to select customers to participate in regular customer meetings, procedural reviews, audits, and other functions
+ Review and interpret electric data processing (EDP) and as-built engineering documentation
+ Coordinate and track return material authorization (RMA) requests, including vendor interface to obtain RMA authorization requests and completion of RMA submittal forms
+ Analyze, test and repair Layer 2/3 network problems. Ensure services conform to customer mandated SLAs for latency, packet loss, jitter, throughput. Ability to test using standard protocols, as well as Iperf and Brix platforms
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
Basic Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 5+ years' experience with SONET based, long-haul and metro transport networks, next-generation DWDM wavelength systems, SDH networks with SNCP rings, DCCS cross-connect systems and/or Ethernet, VPLS, IP, MPLS
+ Possess security clearance and/or ability to obtain security clearance.
+ Ability to relate technical issues to management and Government personnel, interfacing in a professional manner with management and customers.
+ Flexibility with regard to work levels and shift accommodation is imperative
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, Software, or Networks; or a related technical or vocational education or equivalent experience. Seven or more years applicable work experience Preferred Cisco CCIP, CCDP, CCNP certifications, Juniper or ALU data networking equivalent

+ Previous experience with broadband and/or narrowband circuit maintenance, testing and restoration, provisioning databases and circuit activations
+ Previous experience with routers, IP protocols, configurations, interfaces is strongly preferred
+ Prior experience with Transport platforms (i.e. Nortel, Cisco, Ciena, Lucent and Tellabs) and Data platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Adtran)
+ Previous experience with Gov't networks and customers.

**Compensation**
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is primarily field-based, with extensive travel and hands-on data collection across Oklahoma. Technicians will participate in a variety of field assignments and monitoring projects, including but not limited to:
* Conducting annual and trend groundwater level measurements throughout the state's aquifers.
* Performing compliance monitoring at facility wells to ensure protection of groundwater resources.
* Collecting water-quality samples as part of the Groundwater Monitoring and Assessment Program (GMAP), including on-site field chemistry testing, proper sample handling, and equipment decontamination.
* Supporting aquifer characterization through slug testing, downhole camera inspections, and verification of well construction and hydraulic properties.
* Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and calibration of continuous and telemetered groundwater-level monitoring systems.

We are seeking Entry-to-Mid-Level Technicians to join a dedicated rollout team deploying pre-configured devices throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities
Support the physical rollout and deployment of pre-configured Cisco UC devices across hospital departments
Coordinate device installations with clinical and administrative teams
Ensure functionality of phones and UC endpoints post-deployment
Troubleshoot basic install issues and escalate complex matters to senior engineers
Track and document all installation activity in project tools or ServiceNow as needed
Provide daily walk-throughs of designated install zones
Required Qualifications
13 years of IT field support, telecom deployment, or network/VoIP installation experience
Familiarity with Cisco UC tools or environments
Ability to follow detailed deployment playbooks and installation SOPs
Must be physically capable of walking long distances across hospital campuses throughout the day
Reliable transportation and ability to work full onsite schedule
Strong interpersonal communication; able to interface with clinical staff professionally
Commitment to hospital compliance protocols including PPE, background, and health screenings
Nice to Have (Preferred)
Experience with any of the following:
Cisco CUCM (Call Manager)
UCCE or UCCX
Cisco Jabber, Unity, TMS
IP phone provisioning or VoIP endpoint rollout
Prior experience working in hospital, clinical, or healthcare-adjacent environments
Knowledge of network drops, patch panels, or basic telephony infrastructure
Physical Requirements:
Ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 4050 pounds (e.g., equipment pallets or supply boxes).
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods during an 8-hour workday.
Comfortable using ladders or stairs as needed to access work areas.
Manual dexterity required for tasks such as typing, operating tools, and handling mobile devices.
Work may involve exposure to variable environmental conditions, including temperature changes, moderate noise levels, and dust.

Job Summary Under general supervision, performs precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment and accessories. · Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and properly accounted for

· Basic skills in reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting problems with electrical, refrigerant and duct systems on air conditioning equipment

· Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
· Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed

· Ability to stand and walk and to climb ladders and attic stairs and to maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units. Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.

· Under the guidance of shop leadership or senior mechanics, assist with the inspection of brake systems, engine components, emission systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts to ensure they are in proper operating condition.
· Basic knowledge of preventative maintenance including tire, oil and brake changes.
· Active participation in training classes and development opportunities to increase skills and working knowledge.

· Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization and communicate with customers and external vendors.

Job Description
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintenance of the city's street, water/wastewater systems, and their respective accessories/facilities.
Drainage construction, maintenance and repair, assist in laying concrete bricks, mixing and pouring cement mortar, cleaning and repairing catch basins, storm drains, culverts, and ditches.
Roadway construction, maintenance and repair, using concrete, asphalt and other construction materials and processes.
Operate heavy equipment, vehicles, and hand tools.
Inspect water/wastewater lines and components.
Repair and replace damaged components.
Tap water mains and install new service connections.
Install, repair, and maintain water meters and fire hydrants.
Hydro-clean, saw and remove blockages from sanitary sewer lines.
Video inspect sanitary sewer main lines.
Prepare and maintain work zones
May be required to direct traffic.
Mow, trim weeds/trees and pick up debris around streets and roadways.
Responsible for care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Maintaining accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Background:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Three (3) years of experience in street and/or water/wastewater system maintenance, construction and repair preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Desire to learn and grow in all areas pertaining street, waterline and wastewater line construction.
Mechanical aptitude and equipment operation experience.
Able to perform tasks for extended periods of time and in all weather conditions.
Knowledge of the hazards, safety rules and regulations related to this industry.
Able to perform standby and callback duties as required and lives within 30 minutes of the facility.
Required Certification/Licenses/Training:
Able to obtain a valid Class B Oklahoma Commercial Driver's License with a Tanker endorsement.
Must have a driving record acceptable to the city's insurance carrier.
Able to pass physical examination, with no restrictions, at a designated facility.
