18. Develop space test fits, blocking diagrams, and early-stage conceptual plans that explore multiple layout options.
19. Translate meeting notes, stakeholder feedback, and functional requirements into clear visual plans that support decision-making.

The salary range for this role, in Champaign, IL, is between $59,200 - $101,400 annually. As an experienced Fleet Mechanic, here's a bit more about what your job will be. Day to day you will:
Work with a high degree of independence while performing PMs and repairs
Utilize leading edge technology and programs including PM using voice application, Noregon diagnostics, Uptake predictive analytics, TAAS, and more!
Leverage and grow your skills working on Pepsi's diverse fleet equipment including automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), vans and forklifts
Perform advanced diagnostics across all OE platforms (Volvo, International, Freightliner, Maxon, electrical vehicles, Material Handling Equipment and more)
Perform high level repairs such as, but not limited to, engine and driveline, after treatment and emissions, and safety systems
Adapt and build repair and maintenance capability for alternative fuel applications such as electric vehicle, CNG, and B100
Diagnose failures of vehicles and disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as necessary
Maintain documentation and records such as vehicle records and pre-trip checklists
Answer service calls
Support Pepsi's strong safety culture by adhering to all safety standards and procedures

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with an electronic medical record. May transport clients if in possession of a valid driver's license and insurable.

Service overhead crane systems and hoists by performing quality installations.
Perform OSHA equivalent inspections; documenting and completing warranty work; troubleshooting breakdowns.
Perform preventive maintenance; and respond to emergency service/breakdown calls.
Support customers by effectively interfacing with customer and office in repairing equipment as needed.
Perform electrical and /or mechanical adjustments or repairs with or without engineered drawings.
Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; and recommending system improvements.
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and inspection checklist.
Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization in all areas.
Develop a working knowledge of Federal, State, and local codes for overhead cranes and hoists.
Responsible for company equipment including, company vehicle(s), tools, etc.
Education & Qualifications: Crane Technician:
5 or more years' troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment is required.
Experience with 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors, and circuits.
Previous overhead crane and scissor lift experience required.
Associate's degree with concentration in Industrial Electrician, Electro-Mechanical Technology, preferred.
Ability to work at height, in extreme temperature and noisy locations. This is a physically demanding job involving standing, walking, sitting and the ability to lift 50-100lbs.
Perform inspections to OSHA criteria.
Ability to work independently.
Capable of dealing directly with the customer and representing self and company in a professional manner.
Communication skills both internally and externally, informing both the company and the customer the status of the job.
Quality and results driven while maintaining a safety mindset.
Required to use own hand tools and meter.
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
