Basic understanding of close loop controls, field sensors scaling, AND/OR functions typically performed by industrial controllers. · Supervise low voltage electrical contractors who perform wiring and installation of field devices. · Commissioning and systems level testing support. · Provide red-lined drawings and recommendations based on field work and verify accuracy of as-built drawings. · Assist in performing root cause analysis during testing and commissioning. · Ensure all personnel on site utilize proper safety methodology. · Work on-call and a rotating schedule when required and responds to after-hours emergencies. · Perform basic support concepts such as ticketing systems, root cause analysis, and task prioritization. Job Title: Admin Associate Pay Rate: $24-25/hr. on w2 Duration: 12+ Months M-F 9 am -5 pm Resource's typical working day: Answering tenant calls: Serving as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and requests. Entering work orders: Logging and tracking service requests for engineering and security teams via email and internal systems. Managing purchase orders: Utilizing the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) platform to create and process purchase orders as needed. Administrative support: Providing day-to-day assistance to the Property Manager, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks. Filing and documentation: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure easy access and compliance. Other administrative duties: Supporting general office operations and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required. We currently have openings in our Maintenance Department. We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Cincinnati, OH facility. In these roles, you will perform preventative, corrective, and requested electrical work for all manufacturing departments in a timely manner. Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Repair Electrical: you will repair and maintain all electrical work for day or night shift back to its proper working condition in a timely fashion. You will make recommendations on electrical improvements and determine parts and equipment needed to complete the job. Follow Instructions: you will follow all safety regulations, clean-up after each job and be on-call for after hour maintenance repairs as needed. Ensure Compliance: you will ensure departmental compliance with all certification requirements and will maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with AIB/ISO standards. You will maintain cleaning compliance for each piece of equipment being repaired.
