The Maintenance Technician I under the general supervision of the Manager, Facility Services will support the process to satisfy new and current customer demands at FCI sites as to meet all of our customer demands. The Maintenance Technician I will administer an ongoing maintenance program for FCI to ensure the facility equipment is fully operational. The Technician will perform preventive maintenance, emergency maintenance, part installation and/or repairs on facility equipment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of repairs and preventive maintenance duties to ensure building equipment, production equipment, building and grounds are maintained and performing to standard. Complete all assigned scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Assist in documenting and identifying problem areas and maintaining the preventive maintenance program. Examine equipment during operation to determine if adjustments or repairs are needed. Request materials as needed for maintenance and repair of equipment or systems. Some assigned after hours support is required. This job requires full time punctual attendance at the workplace to perform the assigned maintenance duties. This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. You must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. As part of your onboarding, you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo. All certifications are free to you. Job Details This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket. You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets. You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls. You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal. Tickets are run Monday through Friday.
