We are seeking a hands-on Production Equipment Technician to maintain and support high-speed production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum equipment availability, reliability, and performance through corrective and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills, experience with production or insertion equipment, and the ability to interpret technical manuals and service bulletins to resolve equipment issues efficiently. As a member of STACK's Critical Operations team, the Critical Operations Technician must possess strong knowledge in maintaining the mechanical, electrical, fire life safety, base building, and other various internal data center systems. The COT will also be focused on the execution of programs related to Safety, Team, Availability, Communication, and Knowledge. The COT will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the data center. Mechanical responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing chilled water systems and components, HVAC systems such as roof top units, CRAC/CRAH units, humidification systems, fan wall systems, air-cooled chillers, and central plant operations. Remediation Technician - Key Responsibilities: The RT is responsible for reporting to the Project Supervisor at the start of each shift for job assignments and completing assigned tasks daily. The RT completes the process of preserving structural items and contents according to the Project Supervisor's instructions. The RT informs the Project Supervisor of the equipment and materials needed to complete the assignment properly and on schedule. The RT possesses the communication skills and experience to direct laborers in the restoration protocols. The RT is responsible for personnel documentation, hours, and work performed on a given shift. The RT is resourceful in initiating results in time savings and cost savings for the project. About The Navys Advanced Electronics / Computer Field (AECF) offers extensive training in electronics, computer systems, radar, communications, and weapons fire control systems, including the Navys advanced missile systems and Aegis radar. These technicians are essential to the ships Combat Systems department, ensuring readiness for combat operations across the fleet. Responsibilities As an Electronics Technician (ET) or Fire Controlman (FC), you may: Maintain and repair radar, communication, and navigation equipment. Operate, maintain, and repair fire control radars, mainframe computers, large screen displays, LANs, weapon control consoles, and automatic gun systems. Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems used in weapons systems. Support combat systems readiness aboard aircraft carriers, Aegis cruisers, and other surface ships. Work Environment ETs and FCs serve on fleet units worldwide and at shore-based repair facilities. Expect assignments aboard ships, at remote stations, and in technical repair shops. Work is highly technical, requiring precision and teamwork. After A School, technicians may attend advanced C Schools. College credits are often available for Navy training.
