Relays accurate identification of specimens and cultures.
Organizes and assists in end-of-case clean up.

2. Assists in maintenance of safe environment for patients and staff.
Has knowledge and applies principles of good aseptic practice (i.e., appropriate scrub length, OR attire, proper gowning, gloving, and draping methods).
Checks sterile supplies for proper packaging and dating.
Actively assists in recognizing and reporting breaks in sterile technique.
Requests assistance of Sterile Processing personnel in preparation of instruments for immediate reuse.
Follows protocol for universal blood- and body-fluid precautions at all times.

3. Assists in the orderly function of the OR.

Provides exposure of the operative site through the appropriate use of retractors and other instruments and through suctioning and sponging.
Uses surgical instrumentation skillfully in ways consistent with their design and purpose as directed by the surgeon.
Handles all variety of tissue appropriately to reduce potential for injury or compromised blood supply.

Job Summary
Provide technical Design, Operation and Maintenance/Repair work on electronic communications network/systems and equipment. Principle Responsibilities:
Safety:
Understandâ¯and adhere to companyâ¯safeâ¯work policies.
Apply the HWP process, LOTO and energy isolation procedures asâ¯requiredâ¯for company and contractor personnel.
Follow EMOC procedure for all changes to process and operating procedures.
Maintain site orderliness.
Perform safety indoctrinations for contractors
Reliability:
Utilize Computerized Maintenanceâ¯Managementâ¯System (SAP) toâ¯implement, document and continuously improve equipment preventative and corrective maintenanceâ¯plans.
Supportâ¯Zone Production Manager, utilizing systems to document all corrective actions issued to the site from Audits and Incidents review (when applicable).
Inventory oversight to include spare parts inventory
Collect trends in equipment condition monitoring tasks; vibration readings
Process Operation and Efficiency:
Assist Shutdowns, Start-ups, de-rime, and production state changes for plant(s) in area.
Apply the Hazardous Work Permit (HWP) process, Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) and energy isolation procedures
Troubleshoot process problems to identify equipment maintenance requirements
Perform water treatment tasks
Accept on call duty andâ¯overtimeâ¯asâ¯required
Requiredâ¯Skills:
Math - Basic algebra, fractions/percentages, unitâ¯conversion.

Basicâ¯understandingâ¯of pneumatically actuated valves and control systems.
Understandingâ¯of all trip and interlockâ¯logicâ¯protecting people and equipment.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings including P&IDs and PFDs.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings including Single line diagrams.
Able to navigate a documentationâ¯system to find relevant work instructions, forms, andâ¯supportingâ¯documentation.
Ability to complete all preventive maintenance jobs according to best practice.
Capable of operating a forklift, and/or overhead crane, and/or manâ¯liftâ¯according to company policy.
Reside within aâ¯reasonableâ¯distance of plant.
Basic Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
Min. 1 year of relevant experience in a related process plant operations reliability activity
Physically able to perform all duties required which may involve among other things: bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting and carrying loads of up to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb to heights over 200 ft above grade and work effectively.
Valid driver's license
Capable of distinguishing different colors.
WORK SCHEDULE: Rotating shift job requiring nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. The rotation is 2 weeks days 7am-7pm and 2 weeks nights 7pm-7am with 48 hours one week and 36 the next week.
The hourly range for this position is $28-$32. * Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
* Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.

Minimum Qualifications

Work Schedule:
Work Schedule: This is a 6-week rotating cycle followed by a scheduled break, and then a two-week period (Weeks 7-8) before the cycle restarts. There are no night shifts.
Weeks 1-2: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Weeks 3-4: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Weeks 5-6: Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Following Week 6: Scheduled off period from Thursday to Tuesday.
Weeks 7-8: Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The schedule restarts after Week 8.
Position Purpose:
Responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment to include engines, motors, tools, parts (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc.), conveyor systems, etc. to ensure optimum performance of machines and associated equipment.

Qualifications
Education / Experience / Background:

5 (five) years work experience
Must have completed schooling for a trade skill with a 3.0 or greater GPA or have a documented trade skill ( or have 1 year or greater, work experience as a Journeyman Instrument/Electrical Technician
Must have completed 4160 hours of on the job training, or have documented 5 years or greater in related industrial experience and skill.
Must have completed 600 hours of classroom (on-line or face to face) training including listed primary duties or have 1 year work experience as an I/E Journeyman
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
