Injector Remanufacturing Technician Job Duties:
Disassemble parts using hand and power tools
Perform cleaning of components using ultrasonic tanks as well as other mechanical and chemical cleaning methods
Inspect components after cleaning and sort based on type and condition.
Perform precision measurements of components using micrometers and calipers
Assemble injectors following SOP using correct parts and methods
Perform injector calibrations, adjustments, and quality control checks after assembly
Mount assembled injectors in test machine fixtures
Operate test machines safely, and interpret results of testing
Analyze results and perform additional calibrations or adjustments as necessary
Perform maintenance on testing equipment based on specified maintenance schedule
Communicate with other departments in the facility
Work overtime when required by business needs
Follow good housekeeping best practices for workstation, work area, and general office space

AOG Technician, Level I, II, or III-KSBP

The AOG Maintenance Technician works directly with the AOG Manager to ensure AOG, unscheduled and scheduled aircraft are supported at San Luis Obispo (KSBP) and in the field. This position is responsible for performing all maintenance projects assigned to them while ensuring their work is meeting the highest quality standards. When not working on AOG aircraft in the field, this position will be participating in unscheduled and scheduled maintenance in the Part 145 Repair Station. These activities must be done while maintaining a positive and productive relationship with ACI Jet's employees, vendors and clients. Irregular, yet frequent travel is required for this position, including overnight stays. Available hours must be flexible for on-call work, including nights and weekends. Hourly pay with OT compensation is negotiable, based on experience.
Any employee that has accepted the position of AOG Maintenance Technician is required to competently perform within the following job description. An AOG Technician is responsible for performing aircraft maintenance assigned by the AOG Manager. Once they have been assigned the job, they are to set up and perform the maintenance. They are to communicate professionally and in a timely manner to the Shift Supervisor or AOG Manager. They are to perform the maintenance as described by the manufacturer's specifications and to the standards set forth by ACI Jet. They are to communicate any concerns or lack of capabilities to the Shift Supervisor or AOG Manager.
Reports To
The AOG Maintenance Technician - KSBP reports directly to the AOG Manager, as well as the on-duty Shift Supervisor.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as required by management):
Report daily to the AOG Manager or Shift Supervisor.
Complete tasks assigned in accordance with the procedures set forth in ACI Jet's Air Carrier Operations Manual (ACOM).
Coordinate with the AOG Manager or Shift Supervisor to ensure a safe and efficient repair and return to service of AOG and scheduled aircraft.
Comply with all FARs, Operations Specifications, Company Policies and Company Procedures.
Ensure appropriate technical data is used during the performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance and alteration activities.
Ensure shop premises, AOG vehicles and work areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
Must follow airport, TSA and DOT requirements for operating a motor vehicle.
Ensure all maintenance or alterations processes are appropriately completed and documented as required by the operator and in accordance with the applicable FARs.
Submit all required work orders, reports, receipts, timecards (Paylocity) and other company forms and records to the AOG or Team Lead Technician in a timely and organized manner.
Maintain a close, productive and beneficial relationship with ACI Jet managers, peers, colleagues, manufacturer's representatives, customers and other repair facilities.
Ensure safety and quality of all assigned duties and responsibilities by actively and positively participating in ACI Jet's SQMS program.
Must be available for unscheduled on-call/call-out maintenance events 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, as part of a rotating on-call schedule. Scheduled time off is accommodated.
Must be available to perform unscheduled AOG maintenance in the field at remote locations requiring travel and overnight lodging at hotels, when scheduled.
Must document all maintenance performed in the Corridor maintenance records database correctly and accurately.

Required
A passion for aviation.
At least three years of AOG or unscheduled RON/Line station maintenance experience. Part 145 Repair Station experience a plus.
Work experience must include troubleshooting, use of specialized tools, ground support equipment, and the use of aircraft maintenance manuals, parts catalogs, technical reports and forms.

The Test Technician will perform manual or complex tests on low volume high value product in an efficient manner. You will have the opportunity to expand your skill set through formal training and through hands-on experience with other Test Technicians and Electrical Engineers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including but, are not limited to the following:
Troubleshoot failed power supplies and components
Review test reports of failed power supplies
Use a combination of automated and manual test processes to isolate the problem to a board or module
Identify the failure whether a bad or incorrect component
Identify any likely secondary damage
Document, report, and track failure modes
Report any trends noticed to the Test and Manufacturing Engineering teams
Conduct high-touch or complex test processes
Conduct manual tests on legacy or low volume product where there are no automated tests
Work with Test Engineering on first time run-throughs for new products, test fixtures, or processes
Provide constructive feedback to Test Engineering on new processes and test documentation
Conduct incoming material tests for non-standard or complex parts
Assist the Test Supervisor and Director of Test in scheduling resources
Provide additional Production Test coverage in times of high demand
Report to Test Engineering any test systems that are not performing correctly or are providing suspicious results
Work with other Test Technicians to ensure the Production Test and ESS areas remain clean and organized
Work with Account Management to organize and prioritize testing of customer returned material
Provide feedback to Engineering and Test Engineering on the testability of new product designs
Assist the Test Supervisor in training new Test Technicians
Ability to work flexible hours and/or different shifts, if needed.

Education and Experience
Associates Degree or equivalent in Electronics Technology.
3-5 years experience with electronic troubleshooting (board and component level).
Experience using basic and advanced electronic measurement tools and equipment.
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Experience with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word).
Ability to read and complete documented processes independently
Soldering (IPC J-STD-001 certification) preferred.
Electronics inspection (IPC A-610 certification) preferred.
