Get proper gasket for each size and grade of flange. Tighten all screwed plugs and blind properly. Install proper fill line and vents on vessel. Install proper test gauge (per test pressure). Operate fill and high pressure pumps. Bring vessel safely up to test pressure testing. Drain water to storage tank and dry vessel. Perform the above as well for low pressure air test.
