He or she must be able to make safe confined space entries wearing movement and sight restricting personal protective equipment with limited lighting to clean the interior of tank and hopper cars in compliance with Tactical Cleaning policies and procedures. The Field Technician is responsible for informing the Shop Manager of issues related to their assigned duties. DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary by supervisor. In order to perform the essential functions of the job, the incumbent must possess, at a minimum, the following skills and abilities. Participate in consumer treatment planning and implementation under the direction of professional staff involved in patient care. Work under the direction of professional staff to ensure all shift duties are completed. Attend and participate in any required staff meetings and trainings. Assist with admission and discharge of consumers as assigned using the electronic medical record. Provides age-appropriate life skills and development training (STD) and other mental health interventions to consumers individually or in groups in accordance with the treatment plan. Obtain vital signs, height and weight and document in consumer record. Monitor, document, and when applicable prepare meals and snacks for consumer's nutritional intake.
