This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. You must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. As part of your onboarding, you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo. All certifications are free to you. Job Details This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket. Full-time Description Under the guidance of the service manager(s), service and repair various types of hydraulic components and systems including but not limited to pumps, motors, directional valves, proportional valves, and cylinders. Also performs service calls at a customer's facility to troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electrical systems and components using various types of diagnostic equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspect and Repair Hydraulic Systems and Components Inspect components such as complete systems, pumps, valves, motors, electrical equipment, and cylinders sent in by a customer to be repaired. Provide test data in various forms including test sheets and graphs. Track and record travel time to and from customer's facility as well as time spent at customer's facility. Drive company service vehicle to customer's facility.
