Job Summary: As a two-man extruder operator team, the Team Leader - YEI is responsible for assisting the YEI Specialist in the efficient and safe operation of the YEI machine. Operation of the GALA pelletizer, Auger feeder. Prepare and monitor the flow of non-woven material and other materials into the YEI machine. June 2026 high school graduates will go through an overview training process to allow them to understand more about Technimark's facilities and the variety of technical roles that exist at our Asheboro campus. During this time, you will work through a rotation of each group designed to provide each apprentice with exposure to all technical areas prior to being moved into their specific apprenticeship track.
