Avi is the Vice-Chairman of Techniplas and Chief Executive Officer of Techniplas Digital. He is an experienced leader, passionate entrepreneur and tech visionary.

Reichental is the founder, Chairman and CEO of XponentialWorks™, a venture investment, advisory and product development company that is monetizing the upside of disruption from exponential-tech convergence. He is also a General Partner at OurCrowd First, Israel’s most active early-stage venture fund, seeding and scaling high-tech companies that are computing and actuating the connected world.

A lifelong visionary, Reichental has spent a career fortelling the convergence of technological trends while highlighting the unlimited possibilities of exponential technologies. He has been a leading voice around the potential exhibited in deep learning, robotics, and 3D priting. As such, his insights have been sought out by numerous organizations, including Harman International, where he served on the board until their 2016 acquisition by Samsung.

Mr. Nolden currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of REV, a position he has held since January 2016. Prior to joining REV, Mr. Nolden worked at The Manitowoc Company, Inc. since 1998, where he held numerous positions within the finance department, including Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. Prior to his tenure at Manitowoc, Mr. Nolden spent eight years in public accounting in the audit practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Nolden is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting. Additionally, Mr. Nolden holds a master of business administration from Marquette University.

David is the Chief Financial Officer of Techniplas, responsible for all global financial matters including accounting and controling, cash management and tax compliance, budget and financial planning, and oversight of company performance. He also serves as a board member, is on the executive committee, and is the Chief Administration Officer of Techniplas. As a member of the executive leadership team, Knill also plays a key role in strategic planning and ongoing growth activities including mergers and acquisitions.

Knill brings more than 33 years of financial and automotive experience to Techniplas. Most recently, he served as Executive Director, Executive Vice President and Global Finance Director at TI Automotive, responsible for its fluid handling division, merger and acquisition activities.

Knill started his financial career as a Senior Financial Analyst in General Motors New York treasurer’s office, responsible for assignments in capital planning, business development, overseas finance, and investor relations. Prior to this, he contributed in a variety of roles as an electrical and manufacturing engineer at General Motors of Canada.

Fr�d�ric is the Chief Transformation Officer of Techniplas. Prior to this position, Desmarchelier was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vallotech, now a member of Techniplas. During Desmarchelier’s 12 years of leadership, Vallotech successfully transformed to a manufacturer of complex parts for the automotive industry, realizing automation at every level and lean manufacturing in production. Under Desmarchelier’s leadership, Vallotech increased its production volume by three times, and overcame multiple challenges brought by the currency impact and economic crisis in 2009.

Prior to joining Vallotech, Desmarchelier has had extensive experience in the plastics industry. With 8 years of experience in the Thompson Group and 17 years of experience in the plastics industry for automotive, Desmarchelier is an expert in the areas of operation, supply chain management, organization, and logistic. He created the software named TQS (Total Quality System) that enables a company to accomplish quality management, production efficiency control, costing analysis and the gathering of all KPIs in one place.
