We are seeking full or part-time technicians who have an interest in extracting information from 3D or 4D microscopy images or recorded animal behavior. This information will aid analysis of the experimental data or help establish automated image processing/machine learning pipelines. Technicians will typically be involved in at least two different projects. In addition to annotations, individual portfolios may include other tasks, such as performing quantitative animal behavior experiments or assisting in other areas of PTR support. Temp-to-hire applicants will be trained in all required techniques upon starting work. After training, technicians may work under supervision by the scientific project lead, collaborating with other team members, labs/project teams, and support groups.
