He Has Held Several Positions At Tsp Prior To His Current Role As It Director Larry Heard About Tsp Through Meeting Co-Founders Rick Skaggs and Frank Gonzalez Including Roles In Sales, Operations, and Internal Management. Before Tsp Larry Was A Program Executive With Dell and Worked On Extremely Large-Scale Projects. In Fact, He Replaced 150, 000 Pcs At Kaiser Permanente Coast-To-Coast, and Did So Flawlessly, Without Any Disruptions To Business. He Also Served As A Director At Cbsi Where He Ran the Crm Practice, and Was A Senior Management Consultant With Pricewaterhousecoopers. Larry Has Extensive Experience With Systems Integration, Which Helps Him Tremendously In His Current Role. This Knowledge Allows Him To Take A Step Back and Determine the Best Fit For the Situation. Larry Grew Up In Venezuela and Came To Texas For College At Baylor University, Where He Earned A Bachelor of Science In Computer Science and As Well As A Masters of Business Administration. He Has Also Obtained Certification In Itil . (including Hawaii Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
