Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) supports several lines of businesses that include Business Banking, Commercial Bank, Global Wealth Management, and Investment Bank. Credit Monitoring sits within the WLS and provides Credit Compliance Monitoring for the Commercial Banking Loan Portfolio.
As a Credit Support Analyst within the Commercial Bank team, you will be tasked with assessing compliance with credit agreement terms for a designated portfolio of borrowers. Your role will involve interpreting financial and other covenants included in credit agreements to ascertain whether borrowers are adhering to the terms of the credit agreements or are in default. Your responsibilities will encompass both syndicated loans and bilateral agreements.
Job Responsibilities
Determine whether corporate borrowers have breached covenants, and as a result, have defaulted on the terms of their credit agreements
Interpret credit agreements and other legal documents to determine which co-borrowers, guarantors and other parties to the agreements require set up in bank's system of record for future covenant compliance evaluation
Perform credit analysis, review documentation and monitor ongoing compliance with financial covenants within an assigned portfolio of borrowers
Independently calculate cash flow and leverage ratios in accordance with specific terms laid out in credit agreements
Develop strong knowledge of secured lending products including borrowing base credit facilities
Determine the grid-based performance pricing that applies to borrower so the bank gets adequately compensated for credit risk
Adhere to the quality control standards that have been set for the process and to service level agreements WLS has with its internal business partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Ability to identify and summarize key points in written reviews of credit-related transactions
Understanding of loan products, including documentation, for revolving lines of credit, term loans, borrowing bases, etc..
Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and across levels

Key Responsibilities:

need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral
health and other services working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong

This position is a member of a team dedicated to ending homelessness in southcentral Ohio
and works closely with clients to achieve permanent housing stability through federal, state and
local resources. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to provide essential support,
encouragement and guidance to individuals exiting homelessness. The successful candidate will
leverage personal lived experience to connect with and empower clients on their journey
towards housing stability and well-being.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $22.26 per hour based on relevant experience.
Essential Functions:
Builds trusting relationships with individuals exiting homelessness.
Connects clients to community services, resources, and community support systems such
as shelters, food assistance, healthcare, and job training.
Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of referred people, families and communities
and assists in setting and working towards personal goals and aspirations.
Develops personalized action plans that address specific needs and challenges of clients
and assist in strategies to overcome barriers.
Coordinates with individuals to identify and develop essential life skills, coping
mechanisms, and strategies for managing daily challenges
Shares personal journey and insights to inspire hope and resilience, while providing
guidance on effective coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
Assists clients in navigating complex systems, paperwork, and bureaucratic processes to
access housing opportunities, government assistance, and social services.
Facilitates group discussions, workshops, and peer-led support groups to create a sense of
community, provides psychoeducation, and encourages skill development.
Provides immediate support and assistance during moments of crisis; connects individuals
with appropriate resources and professionals when needed.
Meets people wherever they may be with supports for self-management of health and
well-being and provides services that are practical, helpful, and collaborative.
Promotes coordination and linkage among providers within the local community.
Assists families in developing empowerment skills through promotion of self-advocacy.
Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and
program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of
community resources.
Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral
Health.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience with individuals experiencing homelessness preferred.
Previous experience in peer support, social work, case management, or related fields is a
plus.
Completion of a recognized peer support training program or certification is preferred.
Personal, lived experience with homelessness and a demonstrated commitment to
maintaining stability and well-being after overcoming homelessness preferred.
Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
Broad knowledge of community service systems.
Able to engage others with empathy, active listening, and shared experiences to foster a
sense of connection and understanding.
Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with appropriate level of insurance coverage.
Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team building activities.
Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
