Key Responsibilities
•Perform varying manual, repetitive tasks to process meat from the turkeys.
•Ensure product safety and product defense in the plant.
•Follows all GMP and HACCP procedures that relate to product safety with the facility.
•Supports all Food Safety initiatives.
•Some tasks are performed using tools or equipment, while others are completed manually.
•Monitor equipment operation and promptly notify appropriate personnel of any malfunctions or safety concerns.
•Rotate through various functions within the processing department as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience)

•Entry level does not require previous experience in a Production role

Validate wholesale orders, oversee compliance with existing vendors and onboarding new trading partners
Generate weekly reports on inventory levels, receiving, order status and any other necessary reports for c-suite
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, customer service, finance, and marketing, to align fulfillment and logistics with business needs.
Work with marketing and sales to anticipate seasonal demand fluctuations and adjust fulfilment plans accordingly.
Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain to streamline inventory management, reduce lead times, and minimize waste. Develop and document best practices for supply chain operations.
Effectively communicate updates, escalate potential risks with Supervisor

What You Have
B.A or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment (Ecom and wholesale)
A proactive and results-driven mindset, with strong prioritization skills and an ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with both internal and external partners
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Multi-tasker with a "can-do" attitude and ability to shift priorities when needed
Excel & G-suite proficiency
EDI and NuOrder experience (preferred)
NetSuite Experience (preferred)
The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 -$90,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.

What an FC Associate Does:
You will perform various warehouse activities as well as receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. You will organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship orders. A keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed.
Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

Solid communication skills and inventory skills
Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs
