About the Role The Project Manager's primary function is to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate all stages of a specific project from engineering, purchasing, quality, production to shipping to ensure the finished product is delivered on time, within budget and meets customer quality expectations. Project Manager - Protein & Value-Added Food Processing The Project Manager will lead and execute capital, commercialization, and continuous improvement projects supporting value-added protein manufacturing (beef, poultry, pork, sous-vide, par-fry, cook, or portioning operations).
