The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet's principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics. **Principle Responsibilities** + Generation of periodic financial statements. + Prepare and post monthly journal entries. + Reconciliation, support and analysis of various balance sheet accounts + Preparation of accounting estimates. + Ensures the accuracy, quality, and integrity of the Company's accounting system. + Supports the integrity of the Company's internal control environment. + Performs various controls and maintains the Company's cycle count program and fixed asset records. + Understands the various accounting cycles and applies this knowledge to support the Company's internal control environment. + Supports internal and external audits as required. + Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting to management. + Continuously improves the value of the Finance function within the Company. This position requires working knowledge & hands on ability to achieve excellence in machining processes across a diverse group of machines and platforms. **Principle Responsibilities** + Creates and maintains CNC programs for a variety of multi-axis CNC machines, including vertical & horizontal milling machines, mill turns, swiss lathes, chucker lathes, lasers, and grinders. + Creates setup documentation for operators/machinists for use on the shop floor. Serves as a key training resource for setup and production personnel and provides hands-on support for operations. + Works collectively with the New Product Introduction team to develop quotes, new production processes, and revisions to existing processes. + Provides technical expertise during DFM process and the development of machining solutions. + Works collectively with the NPI team to provide in-process specifications and work-holding solutions. + May support the NPI directly with CAD drawings and models to support and document the process. + Identifies and implements solutions for increased machine productivity and capability. + Actively works with equipment/tooling vendors to find solutions to understand and implement the best technology across new and legacy operations. + Works with other Tecomet Engineering and CI teams on to develop and execute continuous improvement plans. + ** ** Provides expert advice for machine tool and process validation. Responsibilities: As a Unit Manager/Director - RN where within an assigned unit you will support the Director of Nursing with the delivery of high quality care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/resident, family and employee satisfaction. *Lead, guide and direct the overall operations, coordination and direction of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned nursing unit. *Ensure that patient/resident care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values and policies of Genesis HealthCare and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. *Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients on assigned nursing unit. *Manage the human resources in assigned unit to include limiting use of overtime and agency personnel, recruiting and orientating staff, assessing the work performance of nursing staff, and implementing disciplinary action when necessary. Qualifications: *Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university. *Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.
