Overtime !
Favoritism among managers is very bad. You can work for the company, go above and beyond and you will not get a promotion, they will hire the people who call in sick a lot, and are never there. This sucks when you’ve been there over 20 years.
The people, not managers or gm.
They are trying to improve but with the wrong people and GM.
Get rid of favorites, and promote the hard workers.
Interviews don’t matter. Forge manager was texting employees to tell them to apply they will get the job.
People only. Other employees not managers.

It’s ok,
Decent pay scale, good people on the manufacturing floor
Tecomet was the most toxic work environment possible from the CEO down. The CEO directed a woke corporate system that failed to provide actual engineering, manufacturing, or design resources for medical devises. The site level management came with an MBA and zero applicable experience to run a machine shop. There were 10 VP's, 4 GM's and 12 open engineering jobs that the VP of HR refused to approve the hire of. The last GM I had hid behind corporate HR, and was physically removed several months later. He had 18 positions in 15 years.
Good Parking lot?
The Location is great. Any company away frm boston is always a huge bonus
Upper Management only cares about delivery. They don't encourage work/life balance. Very little training due to workforce being dwindled to minimum laborers. Payscale is nowhere near competitive!
My Co-workers are great. Sadly, I can't say the same for Management. There are better paying jobs with less stress!
Nice to work with my colleagues there they are great, the upper management has such a disconnection with people on the floor its mind blowing.
Their pay structure is not in any way shape or form competitive. This company relies on hedge fund financing which leads to a very stringent pay structure, and lots of overtime (Greed being the motivational factor of coarse, in making the hedge fund flunkies happy). Also this company likes to talk about there big plans and it never transcends its self to the employees. in other words you want better performance pay for it! you get what you pay for, a very simple thing to remember.
