    We are seeking an experienced and proactive Oracle Application Manager to join our team and manage the administration and technical operations of Oracle EBS, ASCP, Demantra, and OBIEE systems. This role requires a solid understanding of Oracle EBS and other integration platforms, as well as their use in ensuring interoperability between the ERP platform and other software applications within a complex technological ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Oracle EBS Application technical support and service management and possess a good working knowledge of the ITIL or similar Framework and its associated processes. We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in global ERP management, software development lifecycle management, ITGC control and change management, service transition, stakeholder management, SLA & system issue management, escalation, and reporting. This is a global role that involves leading and collaborating with many 3rd party vendors, business users and the global IT team. This role will become vital in our ERP digitization projects and will eventually serve as the administrator of the selected Cloud ERP solution. Position Responsibilities: * Lead the administration of Oracle EBS, ASCP, OBIEE, and Demantra environments along with other bolt-on environments integrated with these systems hosted on our managed hosting platform and collaborate with the managed services provider's team to prioritize and resolve day-to-day issue. * Be the primary point of contact to the managed services provider and collaborate with the provider to manage and maintain Oracle EBS, ASCP, OBIEE, ODI, and Demantra systems and the middleware on the hosted platforms. * Act as the primary escalation point for all Oracle ERP and other hosted applications/databases related issues. * Schedule patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance in coordination with the managed services provider. * Monitor application performance, system availability, and SLA adherence. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support deployments and troubleshoot issues. * Maintain ongoing ITGC, SOX compliance, and enforce applications and database access controls. * Enforce SDLC and collaborate with dev teams during release cycles, leading release management activities. * Maintain documentation on configurations, processes, and disaster recovery plans. * Guide technical team members and ensure adherence to change control processes. * Perform user provisioning. * Lead the technological aspects of all the projects related to the ERP and its related applications. * Stay current on IT best practices and emerging software technologies. Qualifications and Experience * Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field. * 12 to 15 years of experience managing a global Oracle EBS environment and technology stack. * Proven experience as an Oracle EBS System Administrator in a managed hosting environment. * Strong understanding of OBIEE and ODI systems * Advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and query tools * Technically adept in understanding systems architecture, ERP data models, and contributing to solution design. * Expertise in administering Oracle Fusion Cloud applications or any other Cloud ERP application and cloud infrastructure is a plus. * Hands-on experience managing ERP implementations or integrations. * Experience leading a team in an onshore and offshore model, and proven experience in managing 3rd party vendors, working in hosted environments, etc. * Proven experience in managing ITGC, SOX compliance and understanding of auditing best practices. * Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills. * Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and matrixed team environments, including offshore coordination & proven experience in working with functional SMEs and development teams. * Ability to provide 24/7 support during critical issues management. The team is responsible for developing Mechanical and Thermal design of new next gen ECU designs, with math, CAD and analysis. The team also reviews and approves production ECU design changes. We are seeking a high-performing Mechanical Design Engineer interested in leading the in-house development of GM electronics design. You will be responsible for the mechanical design, development, and review of Electrical Controllers, for our next generation SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) architecture. You will be depended upon to build strong partnerships with internal and external customers. Responsibilities: Execute mechanical design of ECUs per program timing, leading to successful launch of the product. Design mechanical components including castings, injection moldings, stampings, seals, electrical interface, PCBA mounts, connector interfaces and fastening. Perform design calculations, GD&T and tolerance stacks. Create 3D-CAD math and lead CAD reviews with stakeholders. Develop analysis and test plan for new designs, perform proof of concept tests and analysis. Create 2D-drawings for housing, sub-assemblies & PCB as per ASME standards. Perform FEA (Structural, Vibration, Mechanical shock, Fatigue), Modal analysis. Lead prototyping and testing, analyze test data, and make necessary adjustments to mechanical designs. Lead DFx activities with suppliers and implement cost optimization strategies into design. Work with electrical engineers and PCBA designers to integrate components into electro-mechanical systems. Strong analytical skills and engineering fundamentals in solid mechanics, material science, heat transfer, mechanism design, and manufacturing Hands-on experience engaging with electronics manufacturers.
