This includes retail and fuel sales transactions completed through multiple forms of payment. Maintain cash drawer to be at or below maximum level. It is a position managing multiple employees, OEM and vendors who perform tasks fulfilling duties specified in an executed O&M service agreement between Terra-Gen Operating Company, as the O&M Service Provider, and possibly several entities including Terra-Gen LLC, as the owner. The Plant Manager is responsible for ensuring that the facilities are available to produce optimally and within all safety and regulatory compliance while fostering a positive, supportive, collaborative and safe culture. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing plant policies and procedures as well as team building and professional development of employees. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of the power plant(s) and all associated equipment in accordance with procedures, regulatory guidelines, and operating directives in effect. They will also provide appropriate direction, guidance, training, and supervision of assigned personnel in the accomplishment of company goals and directives. Oversee all facets of operations and maintenance associated with equipment performance. Responsible for the material condition of each component and ensures that each functions correctly and reliably through programs of equipment inspection, repair, and system testing/troubleshooting.
