Incredibly generous CEO. His generosity is borne of his humble upbringing and deep faith. He pays for the hotel rooms at the Christmas Party and provides a great door prize. Last year was a big Stanley mug, Patagonia fleece, and a coupon for a honey baked ham.
It would be very hard to improve the company culture. Great, smart, hardworking people that are great to be around.
I prepared my resume and emphasized my experience with the relevant skills and proficiency in those skills. One product of that preparation was developing an "elevator speech" that summarized the skills and productivity that I could bring to Tekla.
In my experience, my compensation is above the average industry wage.
