Description
The Sr. Product Manager, Mortgage Underwriting role works closely with Product Managers on our client's Intelligent Mortgage Solutions (IMS) focused on transforming the way mortgage lenders approach mortgage decisioning and underwriting.
Successful candidates will have extensive mortgage and underwriting technology experience, as well as a proven track record working on commercial software products. Direct experience as an underwriter is a plus! The role focuses on defining requirements with innovation in mind, partnering with development counterparts through the product lifecycle, leading various agile ceremonies and taking accountability for the success of the team's deliverables.
More specifically, the Sr. Product Manager will focus on:
• Working with product leadership to understand the overall strategy for transforming underwriting, then applying this knowledge to a specific set of deliverables to flush out all the relevant use cases.
• As the domain experts in their area, create detailed user stories and requirements that are complete and implementable, and manage the product backlog.
• Create detailed acceptance criteria that QA can translate into test plans.
• Lead agile ceremonies including grooming sessions and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with development, QA and architecture teams to remove obstacles that arise during the product lifecycle.

We are searching for a PCI Security Analyst for one of large retail clients.
As a PCI Security Analyst on the Governance, Risk and Compliance Team, you will work collaboratively with the Cybersecurity GRC team along with stakeholders across the business to ensure the assessment, verification, review, and audit of technology controls and or business process controls around the enterprise related to PCI-DSS are in place. The PCI Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the collection of evidence, walkthrough meetings, remediation, and ensuring that teams are educated on what is required of them. Following are key areas of responsibility for this role:
• Responsible for assisting with the delivery of the annual Report on Compliance (ROC), Attestations of Compliance (AOC), and the operating effectiveness of lululemon's PCI program
• Works collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective business and technology controls are in place for PCI-DSS
• Serves as subject matter expert for PCI-DSS requirements across the business
• Proactively communicate changes in requirements to teams and help drive implementation of new requirements
• Works with the Global Architecture and Technology teams to understand current and future payment strategies globally

Qualifications:
• 5+ years in Security GRC or a related field with in-depth working knowledge of PCI DSS Standards (3.2.1 or higher)
• PCI PCIP, QSA, or ISA certification preferred
• Execute compliance reviews; facilitate remediation planning, exposure tracking and communicating risk all done in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Standard and other regulatory frameworks as needed
• Experience working with internal and external auditors
• Strong knowledge of information systems auditing, monitoring, and controlling the assessment process
• Knowledge of the following areas: cloud computing, computer networking, network security practices, compliance or computer security
• Proven experience in aligning multiple stakeholders to lead the strategic path and delivery of the implementation of PCI controls

**Essential Skills**
+ 1-3 years of maintenance experience and knowledge of aircraft operations, systems, and practices OR 1-3 years of manufacturing experience under FAA FAR Part 21, EASA Part 21G, TCCA Part 21, or aviation distributor
+ Familiarization with aerospace quality control and quality assurance systems
+ Familiarization with AS9100 / AS9110 / AS9120
+ Familiarization with First Article Inspection
+ Familiarization with the use of tooling to make airworthiness determinations such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges
+ Computer skills (SAP software)
+ Valid passport and driver's license
+ US citizenship is required
+ Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

**Work Environment**

The facility is a 24/7 fulfillment center, with an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support desk and Quality Assurance (QA) operations. To best support customers, the 20,000-square-foot warehouse features brand new technology aimed at increasing productivity. There are 4 total openings on the first shift: Mon-Fri (6AM-3PM or 7AM-4PM).
