    We are seeking experienced Cable Technicians for a 4-month contract-to-hire opportunity focused on OSP (Outside Plant) work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, pulling, and terminating cabling in commercial environments. This role involves working on structured cabling projects outdoors and indoors, ensuring high-quality installations that meet industry standards. Responsibilities: Install, pull, and route network cabling (Cat5, Cat6, fiber) in OSP and commercial settings. Perform cable terminations and testing to ensure proper functionality. Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors. Requirements: Previous experience in cabling installation, specifically OSP work. Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor commercial sites. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to pass drug and BGC screening. Preferred Skills: Experience with OSP and ISP cabling. Knowledge of fiber optics and structured cabling systems.
