Our client is hiring an Applications Administrator will oversee a range of tasks related to software applications, including tech support and troubleshooting. The position will provide support directly to end users, including both internal and external teams. The role also involves developing training materials and documentation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Subject matter expert on custom built and off the shelf applications.
- Manage and maintain applications, which include managing the bug-fix process, addition of enhancements or new modules, modifying workflows and configurations administering and maintaining databases, querying and/or analyzing application data.
- Work with users on feature requests, upgrades, migrations and integrations.
- Update and maintain both system and user documentation.
- Generate reports and database queries using SQL.
- Plan, coordinate, test and communicate application changes.
- Perform deployments of application releases to production.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and optimization strategies.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of training on process changes and how to use the software to promote business adoption of system capabilities and features.
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
