Ultimately, the ESD technician will support the Navy- USMC in unifying its networks and data management systems to improve capability and service under one enterprise network. + Average troubleshooting requirements may include supporting intranet issues, password resets, network troubleshooting, copiers, printers, scanners, etc. The ticketing system currently being used is Remedy. + This is a 24/7 service desk in a classified environment. Technicians are required to hold at minimum a DoD Secret Clearance and a CompTIA Security + CE exam certification. + There is a lot of upward mobility from this position.
