You will work closely with team members to meet operational needs and provide outstanding customer service. **Responsibilities** + Perform thorough cleaning of MRO storerooms, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. + Organize inventory by categorizing items, labeling shelves, and ensuring proper storage practices. + Assist with implementing a systematic inventory management process, including tracking and reporting stock levels. + Collaborate with the team to understand specific needs and preferences regarding storeroom organization. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while working on-site. + Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients. + Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of hand tools used in constructing storeroom shelving units. + Walk upwards of 5 miles a day to survey the site and perform walk-through quality inspections. + Lift upwards of 50-75lbs on a semi-repetitive basis. + Climb ladders and/or stairs inside and outside of multi-storied facilities. + Perform housekeeping tasks to ensure the workspace and shop floor meet OSHA standards. + Contribute to the integrity of inventory data by adhering to Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) standards. + Support positive leadership by guaranteeing timely task completion and alignment with critical operational requirements from the customer. + Demonstrate flexibility in working occasional overtime, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. + Adhere to all company/customer safety procedures. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory management, data entry, and cycle counts. + Ability to handle heavy lifting and material handling. + Experience in shipping & receiving, and rack and stack. + Proven experience in cleaning, organizing, or facilities management, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. + Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and effectively. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. + Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in facilities management or inventory management is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values flexibility and a commitment to excellence. These technicians will handle device installation, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement within a primarily Windows‑based environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
