Join our team as a Welder where you will perform TIG/MIG welding on assemblies. You will assist journeyman welders with fit-up and fabrication tasks, read blueprints, use fixtures, and operate hand grinders. This position is based on-site in El Cajon, CA, for four days a week.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG/MIG welding on assemblies.
+ Assist journeyman welders with fit-up and fabrication as per drawings.
+ Read and interpret blueprints for welding tasks.
+ Use fixtures during the welding process.
+ Operate hand grinders efficiently.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with welding assemblies and fixture usage.
+ Knowledge of GTAW and GMAW welding techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Must own a welding hood.
+ Willingness to work on various assigned jobs within and outside the welding field.
+ Ability to fabricate parts under supervision.
