Work closely with Social Lead to ensure the content calendar is accurate and up to date. Identify, surface and amplify social trends, formats and hooks to develop retention-driven content. Pitch trend-driven opportunities for owned social content or collaborations with influential creators. Conceptualize, write and create original caption copy that cuts through the noise and grabs people's attention on social media. Interpret social insights and adapt social strategy to hit monthly KPIs across channels. Collaborate with Social Producers to optimize processes for seamless workflow. Partner with Social Creative Team to develop innovative, thumb-stopping video and text based content that adheres to strategy, prioritizes social best practices and drives brand engagement Partner with Community Manager to identify UGC and drive product brand love. Work with agency partners and other external creative collaborators on social deliverables and publication. Be a forward thinker: Anticipate blockers and stay on top of deadlines. Operate globally: Coordinate relevant initiatives with regional marketing counterparts. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in a social media role with hands-on experience managing a large brand's social presence. Fluent in the language of the internet, with a deep understanding of social platforms. In this role, you will be faced the challenge of providing a test-bed for our developers to test software on various hardware before releasing them. Additionally, collaborate with Infrastructure Engineers, installing and maintaining Windows/Linux platforms and using creativity while finding solutions. We expect things to break in these DCs/labs, as the software is mostly low level device drivers, and the bugs in them do break boards and GPUs. Our labs run more than 100,000 tests per day and is part of a DevOps pipeline that needs constant supervision, tracking, monitoring and break-fix. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree preferred in a related area (administrative support, analysis, project management) and 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a complex university/college or large commercial/institutional setting, or equivalent education/experience/training. + Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong professional relationships. + Understanding of relevant industry practices. + Ability to accurately proof contracts, leases, floor plans, and research technical records. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Skilled in managing vendor relationships and coordinating with contractors, property managers, and stakeholders. + Good organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented. + Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite skills. + Ability to analyze problems, determine solutions, and make decisions based on analysis. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multi-tasking under pressure of competing priorities. + Ability to identify, collect, and analyze information from multiple sources. + Ability to monitor project budgets, evaluate vendor estimates, and review payment requests. + Ability to create clear, concise, professional reports. Preferred Qualifications: + Construction experience is highly desired (including residential construction), but not required. Financial or supply chain backgrounds are also considered. + Experience with project management systems (Unifer, Projecto, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
