I have a fully remote position working as a contracted IT Systems Analyst for big coffee company. The pay rate is nice ($32/hr), but the benefits, like most contract workers know, is not great at all. The health insurance offered is expensive and did not cover any mental health, or specialist doctors appts at all. I do not get any paid sick days, but the big coffee company gave us 5 days of PTO on our 1 year contracts. It my understanding that I will likely be offered to have my year contract renewed. At that time I will be able to say whether or not the pay is increased and what, if any, new benefits are provided, etc.

100% fully remote position and the pay of $32/hr.
I'm honestly not familiar with the CEO of TEKsystems. So I just put a 3/5 star or "medium" rating.
Provide paid sick days to all workers, provide PTO for all workers, offer better healthcare coverage to all workers.
I have so many years experience working in the IT field and in many industries that I did not really prepare much more than exercising before, dressing up nicely, and practicing smiling in the mirror to increase my sense of positivity. The first interview went very well, and the following interviews were all completed within one week, ending with a job offer, pending the paperwork write-up time. I thought TEKsystems interviews were very professional, positive, friendly, and involved the big coffee company's senior IT personnel.
Pretty good. I make $32/hour.
Very diverse demographics in my immediate team.
I really enjoy my work. I'm proud to do a good job, apply creative problem-solving skills, great communication skills, learn new proprietary IT systems, answer coworkers and other teams' questions, and I genuinely helping the end users and clients in a friendly way, like I would like others to treat me.
