Our client is expanding its Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) capabilities and is seeking an experienced IVA Program Engineer to help lead and scale enterprise-grade IVA and self-service solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and business collaboration, with hands-on experience delivering complex, long-term IVA implementations.
What You'll Do
Own and evolve IVA applications from concept through long-term delivery
Partner closely with business stakeholders, developers, and CX teams to translate requirements into scalable IVA solutions
Design and support prompting strategies, automation workflows, and self-service use cases
Support and enhance IVA platforms such as Verint IVA Studio and Copilot Studio
Drive integrations across a Microsoft-centric environment, including CRM and cloud services
Lead and support complex, multi-year enterprise technology programs
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience leading enterprise programs or projects
3+ years of hands-on experience with IVA solutions and implementations
Strong expertise in NLP, AI, prompting, self-service use cases, and IVA integrations
Experience working with modern IVA/CX platforms such as Verint IVA Studio, Copilot Studio, Kore.ai, Genesys, or NICE CXone
Proven ability to collaborate with developers, understand code, and communicate technical concepts clearly

Are: Like Lewis and Clark, this role requires you to navigate situations and blaze a new trail. You will forge new framework capabilities to move the mission forward. The maps you create will help future developers and modelers navigate rough terrain and even the occasional black hole. You understand that charting a course is more than following a compass. Similarly, you understand that the software you develop must be more than a nice-looking UI; you develop efficient code, documented APIs, and follow established architectural patterns. When forging your trial, you must balance providing capabilities at the speed of relevance with the pursuit of perfection. Much like GPS has changed the way we navigate today, you will change how users interact with AFSIM using the latest architectural approaches, open-source tools, and custom developed code to deliver complete solutions to address user needs. Just like the intrepid explorers of the early American West, you will need to manage your time, resources, and relationships to reach your destination. Along the way you will build relationships, representing AFSIM to that user community much like Lewis and Clark represented the U.S. on their trek. Develop and mature AFSIM framework capabilities with an enterprise mindset
Design and implement new framework functionality, including plugin development
Collaborate closely with government partners, contractors, and the user community, both on-site and virtually
Represent AFSIM to the user community by listening, learning, and translating validated needs into engineered solutions
Apply structured engineering processes to analyze requirements and deliver sustainable capabilities
Develop clear documentation for both framework developers and end users
Minimum Qualifications/What You'll Bring:
2+ years of hands-on experience developing and modifying the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM)
Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. government or military programs
3+ years working in agile software development environments
Strong proficiency in C++ and Python
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure), and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance
Education/Credentials:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related discipline
U.S. citizenship is required for consideration, as this job requires U.S. government security clearance
Highly Desired/Preferred Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance
Acceptable No current clearance but eligibility to obtain
Nice to Haves:
Advanced degree in mathematics, physics, or engineering
Familiarity with MATLAB / Simulink
Proficiency in applying modeling & simulation techniques to support the decision-making process, to include the modeling of aircraft, missiles, satellites, and other military systems
Experience interacting with users and other developers to identify, troubleshoot and resolve code issues
Familiarity with the AFSIM community and data sources
Deep understanding of the World Simulation Framework
Experience managing agile backlogs and automated testing suites
Ability to clearly explain AFSIM concepts such as Applications, Scenarios, and Simulations, and why they matter
Exposure to other mission-level simulation frameworks

The
Employment Specialist/Job Coach
oversees the development and delivery of vocational and pre-employment training services for individuals with Autism, IDD or similar conditions. This role includes instructing participants in job readiness, teaching soft skills, coordinating training activities, and ensuring participants are prepared for community employment. The Specialist is responsible for supervising staff, assessing individual progress, and maintaining compliance with applicable standards and funding requirements.
Requirements
· Assists with the development and implementation of the Work Readiness ISS Track 2 Program.
· Ensures program compliance with state and federal regulations, ISS, TWC-VRS guidelines and Medicaid Waiver Program requirements (HCS and TxHmL).
· Documents program outcomes and participant progress to support continuous improvement and individualized support planning.
· Participates in annual program evaluation and recommends programmatic improvements based on data and stakeholder feedback.
· Maintains a positive, professional, and person-centered service environment for participants, staff and visitors.
· Reviews training curriculum, lesson plans, and participant records to ensure relevance and alignment with participant skill levels and employment goals.
· Instructs participants using approved curriculum, emphasizing:
o Workplace behavior and etiquette.
o Soft skills development (communication, teamwork, time management, etc.).
o Self-advocacy and job retention strategies.
o Career exploration and navigation.
· Develops or adapts instructional material that supports diverse learning styles and functional levels.
· Coordinates on-and off-site work training experiences, internships, and live work opportunities in collaboration with community partners.
· Maintains detailed skill achievement records and participant profiles to track competencies and support employer engagement.
· Collaborates with the Program Director and COO on participant intake, eligibility review and enrollment.
· Prepares daily and weekly schedule of activities, ensuring instructional plans are developed in advance and reflect best practices in vocational instruction.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in social services, special education, vocational rehabilitation, business administration or related field is preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
· A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with adults with Autism or developmental disabilities required.
· Experience teaching or facilitating pre-employment soft skills curriculum to individuals with autism and/or other intellectual disabilities preferred.
· Working knowledge of the Texas Workforce Commission's Vocational Rehabilitation Services (TWC-VRS) and Medicaid Waiver programs including HCS, CLASS, and TxHmL required.
· UNT WISE/TWC-VR Credential in Job Skills Training, Job Placement, Supported Employment, and/or Work Readiness strongly preferred.
· Ability to communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism required.
· Deep passion for supporting individuals with Autism in achieving greater independence required.
· Experience with supported employment or transition programs preferred.
· Familiarity with evidence-based instructional strategies and visual support preferred.
· Knowledge of community employment resources preferred.
· Current CPR Certification required.
· Valid Driver's License required.

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to implement CPI, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention.
