As President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Roche sets Analog Devices’ strategic vision and oversees operational execution across the business. Since becoming ADI’s president in 2012 and CEO in 2013, Mr. Roche has been instrumental in growing the organization’s market leadership in the high-performance analog sector through a strong customer-centric focus and unyielding commitment to innovation and engineering excellence. In 2009, Mr. Roche was named Vice President for the newly created Worldwide Sales and Strategic Market Segments Group, where he focused on integrating ADI technology into optimized solutions for industrial, automotive, and infrastructure customers. Mr. Roche was promoted to President of ADI in 2012, taking responsibility for all R&D, sales, marketing and business development and in May 2013, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Roche serves on the Board of Directors of Acacia Communications, Inc., a leading developer of high-speed coherent optical interconnect products that transform communications networks through improvements in performance and capacity and a reduction in associated costs. Mr. Roche earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Limerick in Ireland.

Appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2003, Peter Gundermann has been with the Company since 1988. Mr. Gundermann has been a director of Astronics since 2001. He holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Duke University.

Mr. Jagiela became CEO of Teradyne in February of 2014. He has been President of Teradyne since January 2013 and the President of the Semiconductor Test Division since 2003. He is also on the Board of Directors. Prior to these roles, he was the worldwide marketing manager of Teradyne's semiconductor test products from 2001 to 2003. Mark joined Teradyne in 1982 as a design engineer, developing image sensor test systems. From 1989 to 1999 he served as general manager of Teradyne's Japan Division. He returned to the U.S. in 1999 as the engineering manager for the company's VLSI Test Division in Agoura Hills, California. Mark holds a BSEE from the University of Michigan. William Forman is the President and CEO of North Atlantic Industries, Inc., a leading provider of embedded electronic and computing systems for rugged defense, industrial and commercial aerospace markets. Funding has recently been provided for the North Atlantic Industries Engineering Teaching Lab, a new engineering teaching lab at Stony Brook University’s College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. In addition, Bill supports FIRST robotics at numerous Long Island high schools. FIRST is a high school robotics program meant to inspire young people's interest and participation in science and technology. He currently serves as an executive Board member at Publicolor, a not-for-profit organization that engages at-risk youths, serves on the Dean's Council for the College of Engineering & Applied Sciences at Stony Brook University, is a member of the Industrial Advisory Board Electrical and Computer Engineering at Stony Brook University, serves on the Advisory Board of Enlightenment Capital and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Previously, Bill held positions as board member of the U.S. Eastern Region of YPO, Director of Finance at Dell Computer and Division Controller at Advanced Micro Devices.
