Most recently, Murthy was CFO of the Global Commercial Services Segment of American Express, with responsibility for all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), M&A, and investment and operating expense management, inclusive of integration of legacy business units. Prior to that, she held various leadership positions with PepsiCo, most notably leading high growth business units with oversight of financial planning and analysis, corporate and international treasury, and corporate strategy. She has supported multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and helped develop capital structure and liquidity strategies.

Claus has more than 20 years of experience from leading healthcare and technology companies including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), Danske Bank, IBM and as chief technology officer of CVS Health-Aetna.

At Teladoc Health, Jensen leads the R&D team, applying product innovation, data science, technological expertise and clinical excellence to transform how people access and experience healthcare around the world.

Stephany Verstraete leads Teladoc Health’s global marketing and communications efforts, driving the growth of member adoption and utilization through best-in-class channel engagement strategies and consumer relationship management. She is also responsible for the market positioning of Teladoc Health’s brand and growing the product portfolio.

Ms. Verstraete’s career has been dedicated to driving consumer behavior change in new and emerging industries, with a proven track record of building digital brands and growing high-performing global teams. She has held marketing leadership roles at high-profile brands including Match.com, Expedia, Kraft, and Frito-Lay. Her transition to the healthcare industry came when she served as chief marketing officer at Truveris.

Ms. Verstraete holds an International Master of Business Administration from York University and an Honors Bachelor of Economics from Queen's University in Canada.

Dr. Alan Roga leads the delivery of high-quality care at scale for Teladoc Health. Leveraging his experience in clinical care and tenured business leadership, he oversees the clinical operational components for the global organization which include network development, financial performance and product expansion.

Most previously, Dr. Roga served as president of hospital & health systems at Teladoc Health where he was responsible for the strategic direction, capabilities, and product development for the organization’s service offerings to hospitals, health systems, retail clinics, and physician groups. Under his direction Teladoc Health achieved record growth in the health systems market, supported by the industry’s only fully configurable telehealth solution.

Dr. Roga is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He holds a medical degree from the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany.

Anne Stowell is a Founding Member, Chief at Chief and Special Advisor to the CMO at TELADOC HEALTH, INC. and is based in New York, New York. She has worked as VP Experience at TELADOC HEALTH, INC.; VP Account Director at Digitas UK; and Senior Advisor at Vaudeville Ventures. Anne studied at Brown University.
