You will participate in the leadership of the program by participating and communicating with Program staff and members served. You participate in the leadership of the program by ensuring superior quality medical practices that meet and exceed licensure requirements, payer standards and client and community needs.
Psychiatrist - Part-time, 3-4 hours per week remotely
Compensation -
Expected starting Employee wage range $155 - $193 / Hour
Independent Contractor wage range $201 - $252 / Hour

San Joaquin Peer Navigation program is community based with a goal of providing or connecting adults with a full range of services to ensure continuity of care outside of the program.
New Compass is a telehealth program that provides accessible, early-intervention mental health support for young people ages 13-25 living in Nevada and Mono counties.
The Licensed Administrator manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Programs, which involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. Additionally, the Administrator collaborates with all corporate departments and outside consultants and representatives of the program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups.

What You Will Do

POSITION SUMMARY
The BCBA will play a critical role in providing behavioral support and oversight within a community crisis home for adults with developmental disabilities. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage the behavior support needs of residents and provide RBT supervision to a team of staff members working across three shifts: AM, PM, and NOC. The BCBA will ensure that all behavior support plans are effectively implemented and that staff are trained and supervised in line with the standards of the BACB and California regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
* Regularly assess the effectiveness of behavior plans and make necessary adjustments to ensure residents' goals are being met.
* Conduct crisis interventions and support staff in implementing crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques.
* Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct care staff (between 15-20 staff across AM, PM, and NOC shifts).
* Conduct regular supervision sessions in compliance with BACB requirements.
* Train staff on behavior support techniques, data collection, and the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
* Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and development to ensure the highest quality of care.
* Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and the requirements of California state laws.
* Ensure compliance with Title 17 and Title 22 regulations related to staff training and supervision.
* Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including residential administrators, nurses, and therapists, to ensure consistent care and communication.
* Attend and contribute to Individual Behavior Support Team (IBST) meetings, ensuring that behavioral goals align with the resident's overall objectives.
* Maintain open and effective communication with family members and other stakeholders regarding behavioral progress and strategies.
* Oversee the collection and analysis of behavioral data to track the effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
* Ensure that data is accurately documented and shared with the necessary team members.
* Ensure all staff complete required training and certifications, keeping documentation current.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* 2 Years post-graduate experience in applied Behavior Analysis

* Experience working with regional centers and a multi-disciplinary team in the treatment of adults with developmental disabilities

Telecare's behavioral health program is a 24/7, Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) serving individuals of all ages experiencing mental health crisis.
MCRT is creating an opportunity for Clinicians, Case Manager Master's, and Certified Peer Supports to intervene in a unique way that has never been done before in our system of care. This program collaborates and accepts referrals from County Access and Crisis Line (ACL) and law enforcement. MCRT will offer crisis triage and management, risk assessment, in-person intervention, and case management.
