Purpose:
Performs mobile pre-delivery inspections and on-site equipment diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance work in line with the service programs. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager or Location Manager.
Responsibilities:
o Performs on-site service on all makes of Turf and small Agricultural equipment.
o Actively promotes and sells dealership specific mobile service programs directly to customers

Hourly Pay Range: $19.00-$24.00
Responsible for the completion of all tasks with minimum supervision as directed by the Facility Coordinator. Responsible for reporting any condition effecting building services and consumer or employee safety and comfort. The Cultivation Technician performs labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, and facility maintenance under the supervision of the Cultivation General Manager. What You Will Do
Perform all tasks in the indoor harvest grow
Mother plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, positive airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, IPM program implementation, plant transfer from veg to flowering.
Manage plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all plant needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to produce the best results for maximum plant yield.
Cataloguing and maintaining organization of plants, tags, and pruning biomass
Knowledge of pest and disease control management a plus.
Maintain and follow the cultivation department policies and procedures.
Wash and sanitize all equipment. Scout all equipment, ensuring all tools are free of pests, viruses or disease.
Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis they are cultivating; adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
Breakdown flowers off stem and stalk of plant to separate unusable waste from useable product; employee must track the amount of unusable waste for each batch.
Knowledge or experience with METRC compliance is a plus.
Demonstrate accurately and thoroughly in a timely manner to meet production standards.
Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cultivation facility while performing job duties.
Exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.

•The Inns of Aurora Resort and Spa is seeking a Weekend Facilities Technician who will work throughout our world-class resort.. •Under the direction of the Buildings and Grounds Manager, the Weekend Facilities Technician oversees, executes, and is responsible for the care and maintenance of the facilities throughout the Inns of Aurora Resort and Spa.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS:
•Maintain building systems and conduct repairs when necessary. This may include HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Painting, Carpentry, etc.
•Perform all aspects of pool maintenance including daily pool water testing & treatment
•Successful candidate is responsible for maintaining compliance with state and county health department requirements for Spa pools.
•May submit monthly reports to Cayuga County Health Department
•Evaluate and execute work assignments through proper use of tools, equipment and chemical applications.
•Verify that equipment is in safe and proper operating condition
•Assist outside vendors when necessary to ensure timely, effective service and repairs
•Assist all members within the facilities and grounds department in areas of carpentry, painting, building repairs, snow removal and moving.
•Perform other duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
•General understanding of building systems
•Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and other assigned equipment
•Ability to work independently or in a team setting with internal staff as well as outside vendors
•Working knowledge of safe work practices, methods and procedures
•Ability to communicate effectively with others, verbally and written
•Always displays professional and friendly work ethic and demeanor
•Previous customer service experience
•Basic computer skills, including Windows, Email, and Microsoft Office
•Flexibility in scheduling, including night and weekend availability
•Must be able to lift & carry 50 lbs.
PREFERENCES:
•Five years of general maintenance experience
•Graduation from standard high school or G.E.D. equivalent with trade and vocational school courses completed
•Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain at company's expense.
•Certification in trade (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, related)
Requirements
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
•Proven record of observing legal and defensive driving practices, as verified by the NYS Lens Program.
•Willingness to work a Friday-Monday schedule, 4 days x 10 hours/day. Alternatively, a 5-day x 8 hour schedule (Thursday to Monday, or Friday to Tuesday) may also be acceptable. The work shifts will begin at 6:00 AM to support pool daily testing and pool treatment at The Spa.

Responsible for the completion of all tasks with minimum supervision as directed by the Facility Coordinator. Responsible for reporting any condition effecting building services and consumer or employee safety and comfort. Will accompany Facility Coordinator on tours of sites to help identify potential problems in specific areas of responsibility including site maintenance, janitorial, physical plant and preventative maintenance that could result in the sites inability to pass state survey. Responsible for following People Inc. guidelines regarding general maintenance practices. Responsible for protecting and improving the quality of life for the consumer and the value of property. Ensure building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life. Knowledge of codes, laws and regulations pertaining to the operations of the facility are mandatory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inspects property on a regular basis and notifies responsible parties of deficiencies or items requiring attention.
• Responds to weather related circumstances, which may typically require the removal of snow, debris, etc.
• Completes all minor repairs and maintenance of physical plant, doors, windows, railings, ceiling tile, etc.
• Replaces light bulbs and ballasts, defective electrical switches, outlets and other electrical fixtures of a minor scale.
• Paints interior or exterior of building as required.
• Performs minor plumbing repairs.
• Provides general lawn care, grass cutting, edging, trimming bushes, etc.
• Repairs minor parking lot surface cracks, holes, curb painting, etc.
• Completes Maintenance Request Forms.
• Assists in unloading and set up of State furniture with new sites.
• Performs pro-active inspections of property and identifies and corrects findings.
• Conducts preventative maintenance functions according to scheduled maintenance program on snow removal equipment, trucks, lifts, generators, etc.
• Records water temperatures on a monthly basis.
• Checks operations of the fire life safety equipment, smoke detectors, Co2 detectors, emergency lighting, etc.
• Assembles all tools, supplies and instruments necessary to complete work assigned.
• Performs all work with a minimum of disruption and supervision.
• Conducts immediate clean-up of work area.
• Reports any impending supply of material shortages to the Maintenance Coordinator.
• Advices Facility Coordinator of any equipment problem.
• Complies with all agency policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years general maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License that meets agency policy.
• Broad mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge and experience.
• Good oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lifting requirement of 50lbs.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position when performing the following: standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling and climbing.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
