Conduct on-site seminars for equipment operation and process optimization.
Prepare service and expense records as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or 4 years of equivalent work experience preferred
Electromechanical proficiency
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
Familiarity working with Programmable Logical Controllers (PLCs)
Some knowledge of RS Logix
Experience working with Digital Multimeters, temperature probes, pressure gauges

The Position:
This is a very dynamic and fast-track position reporting to the Field Service Supervisor. The position will be the key member of service team. This position will also be the technical point of the contact person to support sales teams for commercial, industrial and utility-scale businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform as a lead on more complex field engineering assignments for Battery Storage and PV applications.

Perform and/or troubleshooting in your region assigned to investigate solar plant issues such as DC arrays grid faults, inverter design issues, and utility grid transients

Lead upgrade projects (software and hardware) in the field and interact with customers to explain the technical scope of the project
Work with customer EMS/SCADA engineers to set-up systems communication and parameters

Understand the engineering design and operational aspect of all electrical systems.
Evaluate, assign and monitor the safe work responsibilities and safety procedures capabilities of employees and contractors.
Respond quickly to emergency situations, develop and communicate and improve ADC's processes to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Audit maintenance personnel work and provide feedback to improve performance and quality.
Audit vendor work to provide feedback to leadership on quality of work and SLA performance.
Write and/or modify PMs to standardize across the network and increase effectiveness.

You have..
4-6 years of experience with commercial/industrial cooking and processing equipment, including mechanical and electrical operations and/or small-system refrigeration repair and maintenance.
Advanced understanding of machinery and equipment.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics and diagrams.
Experience with repairs and maintenance of different types of cooking/processing equipment to include combi ovens, gas and electric grills and cooking vessels, handheld and stand mixers, forming and packaging equipment, automated conveyance, metal detectors, and other types of commercial/industrial kitchen equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair low voltage controls, safety circuits, motors, heating elements, burners, blowers, heat exchangers, etc.
Expertise with gas valve troubleshooting.
Fire suppression safety training.
Experience working with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems and ability to troubleshoot these systems.
Ability to travel as necessary (up to 10%) for business purposes.

Mechatronics associates degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.

We're seeking a skilled Fiber Splicer to join our innovative team and play a vital role in building the backbone of modern communication. A successful Fiber Splicer shall be responsible for proper preparation and splicing of fiber optic cable within a telecommunications system. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications network structure; familiarity with fiber optic cable, splice enclosures and the functionality of each; ability to use OTDR and fusion splicing equipment; ability to read fiber matrices; ability to interpret and analyze data; and, ability to identify and troubleshoot problems. In order to perform this job, you must demonstrate, either by training or experience: the ability to work safely, with or without supervision excellent manual dexterity the ability to read understand, interpret, input, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness the ability to fully understand and operate technical equipment, including computers, OTDR and fusion splicing equipment the ability to work comfortably in cramped and/or enclosed spaces for extended periods the ability to lift and manipulate splice enclosures and other plant and equipment the ability to work aloft, either from a ladder, aerial lift device, or by gaffing the ability to work standing or seated at a work table, at shoulder height and overhead, for extended periods Responsibilities: Completion of low level and high level labor intensive tasks as well as operation of assigned construction equipment Completion of daily production reports to document work performed Use of hand tools, ladders, and equipment to assist in the completion of an assigned project Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations These positions pay $20-30 per hour based on experience and location. Qualifications: 2 years of related work experience preferred. Proficient in the use of hand tools and equipment (Wrenches, Drills, Ladders, Lanyards, Fork Lifts, Saws, etc.) Proficient in the use of telecom construction equipment (Splicer, OTDR, Aerial Lifts, Meters, Lashers, Meters, Rodders, etc.) Authorized to work in the United States Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check Workplace Environment and Physical Demands: To be considered for this position, a candidate must possess the ability to climb and work aloft either from a ladder or aerial lift device or by gaffing, sit or stand for long periods, work independently, work in cramped and/or enclosed spaces and work alone for extended periods, while using repetitive and/or fine hand movements. Work is performed inside a splicing trailer, outside in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and precipitation, and in rugged terrain such as back easements, rural locations and at active construction sites.
