Mammography technologists operate a mammography unit to produce images of the breasts for diagnostic purposes under the direction of a physician. They explain the procedure to patients, position and immobilize the patient's breast in the unit, and observe the scanning process.
What you will do:
Checks all images for proper identification, positioning, coning, markers, technologist
initials, and good technical quality according to filming standards.
Ensures that all requisitions are signed, that history information contain appropriate and
relevant clinical information and stickers are used appropriately.
Maintains licensure requirements and continuously improves technical skills through
individual or class instruction.
Monitors processor performance daily through sensitometry procedures.
Maintains accurate patient records and charges.
Operates properly and demonstrate understanding of all mammography and bone densitometry equipment and computed radiograph, direct radiographs, and PACS.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent is required
Graduate from an accredited school of Radiography is required
Current continuing education in mammography required
Ability to effectively prioritize work and work under stressful situations.
Ability to function in staff technologist role is required
Hospital experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred
Successful completion of 40 hours of mammography training.
Licensure
Current Florida CRT license required
Current ARRT and ARRT Mammography [R.T.(R)(M)(ARRT)]registry required. If not Registered in Mammography at hire, must be within 90days of hire.
Current BLS certification is required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

TekCom Resources is seeking a Fiber Engineer to support the design, deployment, and maintenance of fiber optic networks for our client in Doral, FL. This could be a remote, Hybrid or onsite role. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality network performance, optimizing fiber routes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution.
In this role you ll:
Be responsible for all aspects of fiber design and allocation, route design, and map creation. Projects requiring Fiber Design can either be customer funded based on service orders or company funded initiatives (i.E.: expansion, overbuild, municipal projects, etc.)
Attend Kick-Off meetings if new backbone, lateral, and / or riser fiber is required.
Review sales engineering design and determine backbone fiber route.
Obtain necessary circuit identifiers from groups;or create as required.
Create a Fiber DLR in Netcracker for A-Z fiber locations. (Note: New sites require the site survey form completed, submitted, and entered in the system prior by Fiber Construction.)
Design fiber route and create all necessary splicing prints and work orders for vendors performing splicing work within the active backbone.
Provide fiber assignments to Construction Team for lateral fibers to last demarc panel if new lateral is required. Construction to handle MPOE splice & demarc splices on new lateral builds only. Coordination of fiber cable count & demarcs will need to be obtained from Construction.
Fiber Engineering responsible for all backbone splicing & end/end testing. (Note: Splicing can be managed by Fiber Construction where requested.)
Obtain Quote/Bids from contractors for all backbone splicing & end/end testing.
Create Requisitions for Purchase Order approval and payment to vendors.
Manage vendors / contractors during splicing & testing of circuits.
Submit all necessary Change management notifications and adhere to field activity policies and guidelines.
Provide Operations / Provisioning with final DLR s & test shots for closeout
After completion close out tasks in CRM.
