Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next paradigm shift in computing, and the AWS Government Regions team is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Development Manager to develop and lead go-to-market strategies for HPC/Accelerated Compute solutions in the federal and regulated industry space. In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing business development and growth strategies that address critical HPC requirements for AWS Government Regions customers, while building and executing campaigns that drive out-year growth. The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of cloud computing and HPC architectures and operations (on-prem and/or cloud); demonstrated experience executing HPC campaigns in the US federal market (on-prem and/or cloud); and proven success influencing product management and introducing new products into federal and regulated markets. Knowlege/experience with controlled unclassified and classified cloud computing infrastructure and applicable compliance and security requirements preferred. You will be responsible for developing partnership and deal strategies, managing strategic customer relationships, and driving top-line revenue growth for the federal HPC business. Success in this role requires the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, while effectively working with cross-functional teams and driving performance goals. Candidates must be able to craft compelling value propositions, develop business case/financial proposals, and influence technical decisions at senior and executive levels. Key job responsibilities As a Sr. Technical Business Development Manager, HPC/Advanced Computing, you will: • Research, identify and develop strategies to expand business in HPC for federal and regulated industry customers in AWS regions, with particular emphasis on AWS Government Regions adoption; including creation of new capabilities and solution sets to meet customer requirements and address emerging trends. • Work with cross functional teams (sales, solutions architecture, product engineering, etc.) to validate customer requirements, perform feasibility studies and proofs of concept, and define and drive pathways to production adoption. • Identify specific customer segments, industry verticals and partner markets to approach with targeted value propositions and business case proposals for HPC in AWS Government Regions. Work with the AWS capture, sales and partner development teams to build and qualify pipeline and support partner/customer engagement through the entire sales and business development cycle. • Research and develop business cases to support detailed product feature requests for federal and regulated industry HPC use cases and workload classes. • Define, develop and manage HPC-focused AWS programs and initiatives tailored to US Federal and regulated industry customers. • Collect, create, and manage the creation of sales and marketing collateral to facilitate the business development process. • Monitor customer onboarding and adoption; develop approaches to increase adoption, revenue growth rates and workload retention rates for HPC workloads in AWS Government Regions. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences - Experience in ownership of projects and communicating timelines and executing independently - 7+ years of a combination of architect/operator, business development, sales, and/or product management experience in HPC, specifically for solutions targeted to Defense and National Security and US federal government use (US federal agencies, Defense Industrial Base, federal system integrator, HPC OEM or enterprise software development industry) - Strong presentation, verbal communication, written skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA - Strong technical competency in the areas of cloud computing, web services and enterprise software. - Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. - Strong analytical orientation; comfort using databases/analytical tools and making data-based decisions - Experience with compliance/security regimes germane to Defense and National Security and the broader US Federal market (e.g. DoD SRG, ICD503, NIST, CMMC, ITAR, DFARS, FedRAMP, FIPS). Entails complete network system responsibilities associated with the entire life cycle of network development. This includes leading team activities from conceptual design to integration and enhancement of networks. Work with other elements/functions of system design team including software architects and systems engineers, to perform system analyses, performance trades, requirements development and decomposition. Subsequently develop and integrate solutions for the network connectivity and interaction of systems. Support wireless infrastructure by installing and connecting access points, performing site support, and validating signal coverage as needed. Integrate physical network components with system-level architectures to ensure reliable connectivity between services, systems, and applications. Troubleshoot connectivity issues at the physical and data-link layers using standard testing equipment and diagnostic procedures. Conduct new access port installations and ensure proper configuration and documentation of network changes. Maintain clear documentation of cabling layouts, network configurations, and equipment installations for compliance and future maintenance. Ensure all work adheres to security, safety, and compliance standards specific to government facilities and DoD/IC environments. Provide on-site support during network upgrades, expansions, and modernization efforts, coordinating closely with cross-functional engineering teams.     Role- Datacenter Technician Type : Contract Datacenter Windows / H&F Engineer, working in 24X7 environment in rotating shifts Mandatory H&F Skills Accountable for 24*7 support for overall Infra/ Datacenter (Servers, Racks) Operations. 100% hands-on datacenter management (servers, racks, cabling), Hardware Servers, Storage, Backup, Tape library experience, handling new / break fix and decommission. 3-7 years of experience in managing datacenters operations of a large and complex customer. Experience in Capacity planning for Rack space, power, DC modular containment, necessary tools and services. Handling Incidents / Service Request and adhering to contractual SLAs. As part of Smart Hands Services, Service Provider shall perform the following activities, and any other activities, as requested by State Street (e.g., power cycle devices, cable route/path tracing, manage spares inventory, receive and dispatch goods, etc.): Perform visual inspection of third-party equipment such as carrier or provider network equipment; Provide fault isolation and break/fix activities for the in scope data center equipment (servers, backup, storage) and network devices (including network sniffer, vulnerability scanners and security sensors); Direct third-party vendors who may be involved in diagnosing and correcting system related issues and assisting with solutions; Coordinate maintenance and outages with local and remote vendors; Rack, stack, install and decommission equipment and assets as requested; Perform all network cable and jack testing; Perform all cable patching as required; Provide after-hours support (during critical change activities) for critical network upgrades and maintenance; Perform end-to-end network patching; Participate in DR testing as requested by State Street; Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution, at intervals and timings as prescribed by State Street, which may vary by issue severity and platforms impacted as determined in State Street's sole discretion; Maintain ticket updates for all reported Incidents; Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity; and Receiving New Equipment, Physical verification of shipment,Enter receipt into Order tool,Record discrepancies (if any),Storage of items received into cage or warehouse, Disposition of items received, Submit for Verification / Verify, Submit for Completion, Record assets in tool, Cage Management ,Moving Assets in/out of Secured Cages or Warehouse, Manual Virtual Cage Log Sheet Procedure, Barcode management & Tagging Assets, Asset Tag placement, Asset Transfer / Movement, Asset Shipping / Disposal, Shipping , Return of Leased Assets, Scrapping/Disposal of serialized assets & Other tasks agreed to by the provider and State Street Tower Manager Soft Skills Flexible, continuous learner, excellent communicator, works well in team environment, appreciates challenge, comfortable and effective working in new areas that require experimentation and rapid problem solving. Requires excellent inter-personal, communication and presentation skills.
