RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit all company owned locations on a regular schedule to access repairs, safety and cleanliness in all areas (interior & exterior)
Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections of equipment in all facilities
Respond to all emergency calls
Perform emergency repairs on all equipment, coordinate with vendors and corporate staff to ensure equipment is properly maintained and fixed within a reasonable timeline.
Coordinate all repairs and maintenance with any approved vendors when needed
Manage facilities budgets and work within them
Respond to all emails and communication in a timely manner.
Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions and inspect for any possible issues.
May include after-hours work
Familiarize and be knowledgeable on all warranty specifications.
Work alongside facilities director to make sure all studios are running at an optimal level.
Work with the platforms to ensure organized and timely repairs and response.
Understand that studio needs change and be able to adapt to the fast moving industry.

In this role our Home Exterior Repair Tech will report to the Installation Manager - Operations Department. Working hours begin at 6:30am. This position will report to the office where you will prepare for your job assignments for the day and brief with your team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of various roofing systems, skylights, siding, gutters and other potential leak and problem sources that may arise from roof installations.
Ability to self-start and problem solve tasks.
Exemplary customer service skills.
Proficient in using hand and power tools, reading a tape measure, metal brake usage.
Must have a strong attention to detail, perform work with quality and professionalism.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, lift heavy objects, climb ladders and is comfortable working from heights and on multiple pitches of roofing.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:
Assist the Operations Team with customer call backs within our Residential Roofing, Siding and Window department, including - diagnosing and repairing complex issues on our residential job sites.
Identify and repair roof leaks, damage, and structural issues.
Assist in installing fascia metal, flashing, ridge vents, and other components.
Install, repair, and replace residential roofing systems including asphalt shingles, tile, metal, and various other roofing types.
Handle customer interactions with homeowners to help address their issues and answer any questions regarding the repair/install process.
Maintain accurate records of work performed using our CRM system, including job notes, photographs, measurements and materials used/needed.
Ensure immaculate clean-up after installations.
Strict adherence to all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
DAILY PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily outdoor work - exposed to all seasons of varying weather conditions.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to frequently climb ladders and work at numerous heights.

As an Orchestral String Instrument Repair Technician, you will be responsible for determining each customer's repair needs, diagnosing issues, evaluating the sound, and making recommendations on what the best next steps are for repair or restoration.
You will use tools alongside your own hearing to diagnose instruments, disassemble and reassemble instruments as needed, and repair or replace instrument parts and components. The ideal candidate will have experience playing and working with orchestral string instruments, have a musical background, and will have excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Listen to customer's concerns and needs about their instruments
Play instruments to help diagnose potential issues or defects & ensure repair completion
Disassemble instruments, make repairs or replace parts, and reassemble instruments
Use a variety of tools to assist in repairing instruments
Occasionally be on-site for local events to provide emergency string repair services
As the company grows, you may eventually be asked to help apprentice a new technician
The PaySalary: Hourly- or Commission-based (negotiable). If hourly, starting at $17/hr. (based on experience). If commission, 45% of labor for customer repairs.
