Summary/Objective
Fiber-Coax splicer responsible for completing assigned duties in a timely and efficient manner by specified deadlines while safely operating appropriate equipment to achieve results as dictated by the scope of work and customer expectations while maintaining a high quality of work.
Essential Functions
• Splice fiber optic cables including both loose tube and ribbon cables including building fiber cases to customer specs.
• Splice Coax trunk and feeder cables with activation to customer standards.
• Perform work in accordance with industry standards and following all customer design and spec.
• Complete fiber documentation to customer specifications.
• Preform Bi-directional OTDR testing, along with power meter testing and record splice losses.
• Operate and daily inspection of aerial bucket trucks and ladder.
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety rules while working.
• Follow all rules and procedures in company handbook.
• Perform night splicing and activation when needed.
• Flexibility to work on-call rotation or emergency situations when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary/Objective
Supervises and repairs all service part electronics.

Summary of Responsibility:
The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of machine tool equipment, controls (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) and other components purchased by customers. This position works independently to ensure the highest level of quality and customer service satisfaction.
What You Will Contribute:
Traveling to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all machine tool equipment and controls for customer organizations
Utilizing machine tool manuals, technical documents, internal and vendor resources to research machine issues
Ensuring proper documentation is completed and submitted to office and customer in regards to status of machine issues, repairs, and installation
Promoting and performing preventative maintenance on customer machine tool equipment and conducting after-sales technical support and training
Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company

Qualifications & Competencies:
Five years' experience with CNC machine repair
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other business programs as required
Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics is required
Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills are necessary
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job including flexible hours and frequent travel and driving throughout a regional territory

Summary/Objective
Supervises and repairs all service part electronics.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Works with warehouse manager to receive incoming service shipments.
2. Sorts service products into repairable and non-repairable parts.
3. Test incoming failed parts to determine what needs to be repaired.
4. Repairs faulty electronic parts.
5. Packages repaired parts and works with warehouse manager to ship product back to customers.
6. Provide support and assistance to warehouse manager.
7. Keep accurate inventory of service parts through Salesforce Service.
8. Coordinate shipments of repair parts to and from the factory.
9. Provide technical feedback and knowledge for faulty parts.
10. Track and log failure issues to determine root cause analysis of failures.

1. Must be proficient in troubleshooting electronics.
