Must have 24-36 months of experience working as a Maritime Field Service Technician either in the commercial industry, fishing industry, the USCG or the Navy.
Computer networking knowledge (Ethernet, serial communications protocols).
Knowledge of marine navigation equipment including but not limited to radars, gyrocompasses, autopilots, ECDIS, GMDSS, etc.
Strong knowledge of electronics theory and application.

Ability to use DVM, oscilloscope, and other test equipment.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
Service washers and dryers in common area apartment building laundry rooms and other locations. Drive a Company provided work vehicle to field locations with an EZ Pass and Gas Card.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
Proven field service experience (Appliance, Laundry or HVAC)
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Familiarity with IPhone and mobile applications
Electric troubleshooting skills
Must be able to communicate effectively via email
Strong customer service skills - must be customer friendly
High School Diploma or GED
