Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks. Maintain a service van and its inventory. Process paperwork after completion of each job. Minimum Qualifications Less than 2 years related experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks. Preferred Qualifications Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics. Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills. Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred. Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment. We are seeking Entry-to-Mid-Level Technicians to join a dedicated rollout team deploying pre-configured devices throughout the facility. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for individuals looking to deepen their Cisco UC experience in a real-world enterprise environment. Why MTS? Key Responsibilities Support the physical rollout and deployment of pre-configured Cisco UC devices across hospital departments Coordinate device installations with clinical and administrative teams Ensure functionality of phones and UC endpoints post-deployment Troubleshoot basic install issues and escalate complex matters to senior engineers Track and document all installation activity in project tools or ServiceNow as needed Provide daily walk-throughs of designated install zones Required Qualifications 13 years of IT field support, telecom deployment, or network/VoIP installation experience Familiarity with Cisco UC tools or environments Ability to follow detailed deployment playbooks and installation SOPs Must be physically capable of walking long distances across hospital campuses throughout the day Reliable transportation and ability to work full onsite schedule Strong interpersonal communication; able to interface with clinical staff professionally Commitment to hospital compliance protocols including PPE, background, and health screenings Nice to Have (Preferred) Experience with any of the following: Cisco CUCM (Call Manager) UCCE or UCCX Cisco Jabber, Unity, TMS IP phone provisioning or VoIP endpoint rollout Prior experience working in hospital, clinical, or healthcare-adjacent environments Knowledge of network drops, patch panels, or basic telephony infrastructure Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 4050 pounds (e.g., equipment pallets or supply boxes). Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods during an 8-hour workday. Comfortable using ladders or stairs as needed to access work areas. Manual dexterity required for tasks such as typing, operating tools, and handling mobile devices. Work may involve exposure to variable environmental conditions, including temperature changes, moderate noise levels, and dust. Additional Notes Candidates must be comfortable working in a healthcare setting. Compliance with general hospital onboarding policies (e.g., immunizations, screenings) is required.

This will include diagnosing, parts ordering, technical report writing, maintaining care of company assets, and proper communication with others. Responsible for performing quality work on various brands of heavy equipment as effectively and efficiently as possible.
