I would strongly advise anyone currently working with or thinking or working with TSS Solutions to never trust and always verify ANY information they give you, down to the cent and centimeter, and GET IT IN WRITING. They have a history of overcharging clients, under-delivering on promises, and deceiving their employees. Don’t believe me? Nearly all of their employees have not worked there for longer than 8 years unless they are upper management and have been ruthlessly laid off with no notice and for little to no reason other than they “don’t have work”. Then they steal from their own employees, force them to work 60-70 hour work weeks on salary, and hire alcoholics to oversee dangerous and expensive projects.

Absolutely nothing. The leadership here is peppered with alcoholics or men who can’t look you in the eye when they fire you. Pathetic.

Remove upper management/leadership AND that absolutely deplorable woman they have working in HR who will pretend to be your biggest advocate and savagely turn on you when her evil overlords demand subservience.

Apply elsewhere. Unless you enjoy working your way up the corporate ladder only to be fired in 6-8 years because they don’t want to continue paying you the raise they gave you mere months ago for incredible performance and loyalty. These people will blow smoke up your ass so make sure whatever you do you get it in writing.

Lower than average and they think they are overpaying you still.

Well they hired a black woman to run HR but other than that no diversity to speak of.
