Position Overview TSS is seeking an experienced USSOUTHCOM or SOCSOUTH staff professional to serve as a Security Cooperation Manager (SCM). This role supports engagements with U.S. staffs, U.S. Embassy teams, and partner nation defense leadership across Central and South America. The SCM will identify security cooperation requirements and align tailored solutions to partner nation needs. The ideal candidate brings established regional relationships, strong staff experience, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, engagement-driven environment.
