Who We Are Looking For
GSOC Analyst must be detail oriented, have a strong aptitude in communication and analytical thinking when responding to events, as well as having a team first mentality. Daily responsibilities will focus on the monitoring of global events, camera and alarm monitoring, internal and external communications, and responding to alerts from a variety of security systems and tools. What You Will Work On

What You Will Bring

Reporting to the General Counsel, we're looking for a sharp, driven, and adaptable legal professional to join our in-house team. This is a great opportunity for a junior attorney or an experienced senior paralegal or contracts specialist who wants to make a direct impact in the dynamic, rapidly evolving, fiber optic communications industry. This is a fully remote, U.S.-based position.
This role is ideal for a versatile legal expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling a broad mix of legal responsibilities. As a key contributor to the company's operational success, you will ensure our high-velocity deployment and commercial initiatives are built upon a solid, compliant legal foundation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this essential role, you will be a key contributor to our legal operations, focusing on a combination of the following critical areas:
Contract Management: Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of agreements, including vendor contracts, master service, non-disclosure, and real estate agreements (e.g., leases and rights-of-way), ensuring they align with our business goals and risk profile.
Regulatory Compliance: Help maintain our compliance framework by monitoring changes in applicable laws and regulations and assisting with internal compliance programs and reporting at the local, state, and federal level.
Litigation Support: Provide support for litigation matters, including managing diligence, coordinating with outside counsel, preparing internal documents, and organizing matter files.
General Legal Support: Conduct legal research, provide guidance to internal business teams on legal matters and strategy, and help develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with bar admission (in good standing) or a non-attorney with extensive, relevant experience (5+ years).
Proven ability in at least one of the primary areas listed above (contracts, regulatory compliance, or litigation and dispute resolution).
Proven ability to support internal legal functions, including managing internal matter tracking, coordinating with cross-functional business teams, and interfacing with outside counsel on litigation or regulatory matters.
Exceptional ability to research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide clear, actionable advice.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively negotiating with external parties and clearly advising internal stakeholders.
Prior experience in telecommunications or a related regulated industry is strongly preferred.
JOB DETAILS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
There is no travel required for this position.
This position requires the ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods of time, using a computer and other office equipment.
This position requires the ability to perform fine motor tasks, such as typing or using a mouse, for extended periods of time.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with weeknight and weekend availability as needed to fulfill the core duties of the role.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Base pay is paid at an annual salary rate. The range for this position is $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 depending on experience.
This position is bonus eligible, with target percentage rate depending on experience.

Cozen O'Connor's has an opportunity for a REMOTE Conflicts Analyst in the firm's Case Management Department. The ideal candidate will have law firm and conflicts experience in processing new client/matters and electronic new matter intake forms.
3-5 years in a same or similar role within a law firm is required, with preference for those with experience supporting multiple offices and or practice areas
Conflicts of interest database experience a plus
Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Document Management System (DMS)
Able to learn, operate and navigate pertinent Firm applications, systems and databases, as necessary

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications and location.

Your Impact:
The Telecom Customer Premise Technician - Level IV is required to perform detailed installation, integration, and testing of Customer Premise fiber systems and routers with minimum supervision.
Core Responsibilities:
Must have mastered installation skills and testing per Telco Standards and be able to perform all the duties of the Level IV requirements with a high degree of competence and accuracy.
Mastered comprehensive equipment installation skills on a wide variety of fiber system installations and performed system testing and integration.
Knowledge and experience with transport equipment including Ciena, Fujitsu, Cisco, Nortel, Nokia, DELL, Juniper, etc.
Deep understanding of fiber installation standards and procedures.
Ability to read and follow Method of Procedures, order specifications, floor plans, equipment, and wiring documentation.
Responsible for the accuracy of all documentation as required.
Ability to interface with customers, vendors, and other company employees in the completion of, testing of, and turning up of equipment. Turn up and Integration system testing skills required.
Elevated level of understanding of all company policies and practices, safety procedures, paperwork, and administrative requirements. Will review subordinate's time and expense documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Comply with system update requirements of all company/customer installation documents.
Ability to resolve any project related issues utilizing defined processes.
Read, understand, and apply job/equipment specifications, installation documents, schematics, and test records. Demonstrated proficiency in generating MOP's, High-risk activity reports, work schedules, test records, and project completion reports.
Perform in-process and final quality audits to ensure all items meet or exceed industry and/or customer standards. Interact with all members of the organization including Installation, Engineering, Project Management
Be capable of performing the following work operations/job activities without supervision or direction:
Physically place, remove, or modify working and non-working equipment.
Install Cable trays and/or racking from drawings and Engineering documents.
Install Telecommunications equipment cabinets and frames, data servers, switches, routers, repeaters, bridges, gateways, multiplexers, transceivers, firewalls as required.
Identify, label, measure, terminate and physically route the cables that supply AC and/or DC power or transmit data in various technical spaces.
Conduct testing and document performance characteristics of hardware and software; determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing system.
Perform test and turn-up as well as other integration activities.
Resolve equipment and technical issues as they arise.
Perform quality validation on in-process and completed work.
Perform other duties as requested.

Core Experience:
Minimum 5+years' installation experience or combination of experience and training as determined by company management. Prior leadership experiences required. Verizon Installation experience a plus!
High school diploma with two years technical school or a combination of training and experience related to telecommunications field installations.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations.
Must have proficient laptop computer skills and experience with applications.
Ability to fully understand all company/customer policies and procedures and safety requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass all pre-employment background checks and must be insurable.
Physical/Work Environment:
