Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project manage multidiscipline ICT coordination and design capabilities for all phases from Conceptual/Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
Review architectural, mechanical, and structural design and engineering plans and consult on space design, material selection, and multimedia systems.
Design and prepare the layout of floor plans, riser diagrams, schedules, specification notes and details with special emphasis on Structured Cabling.
Work within a team environment to ensure client standards are met and that all technology systems are incorporated into the overall system design
Serve as a technical resource for others throughout the firm, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to junior engineers; keep current with technology trends and standards
Research, develop and evaluate emerging technology to maximize the firm's services.
Assure Quality standards with adherence to QA/QC procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
RCDD Certified preferred / PMP Certification a plus
Thorough knowledge of telecommunications cabling and infrastructure design and implementation
Knowledge of industry standards including BICSI, IEEE and TIA/EIA
Knowledge of audio-visual/multimedia and security systems, a plus
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD / Functional knowledge of BIM/Revit. Proficient in Microsoft Suite
General knowledge of digital media delivery technologies, AV systems and ICT disciplines.

Analyst, Unified Communications
Monday/Friday work from home and Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday being in the office.
The primary duties for this position include supporting lead analyst(s) in engineering, integration, design and development of unified communications infrastructure and solutions in addition to the following:

Telecommunications Engineer - 100% Remote (Must Live Near Herndon, VA)
The EIS Analyst-Telecom Management will be primarily responsible for telecommunications management of WAN and Internet provided services including establishing and maintaining IT and digital communication infrastructure, including wireless or LAN networks. • Establishing WAN and Internet equipment maintenance schedules and provides customer notifications for pending maintenance dates.
• Monitoring and reporting on network and Internet circuit utilization

• Providing network configuration support including maintaining a telecom circuit inventory, including addresses and configuration information for all sites and services
• Working hand-in-hand and in partnership with WAN and Internet services providers for circuit ordering, provisioning, activations, upgrades, maintenance, and management
• Produce system engineering and technical documentation, develop master schedules, design related dashboards, and establish overarching best practices and processes
• Assisting in validating network service provider invoices including providing recommendations for outage credits and projecting future budget needs
