Job Description Teledyne Imaging Sensors is an integral member of the Digital Imaging Segment of Teledyne Technologies. Semiconductor Process Engineer is a hands-on position for executing and supporting detector processing and process integration activities of high-performance infrared and visible detector arrays. This position requires working together with the wafer production processing team in the cleanroom to sustain the quality and productivity of cutting-edge imaging sensor products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The primary duties and responsibilities are as follows. Other duties may be assigned. Process integration and wafer fabrication, including photolithography, wet and dry etching, annealing, thin film, metallization, metrology, critical measurements and inspection, and process grading. Troubleshooting of problems associated with manufacturing processes. Process improvement and new processes development. Process control, documentation, process training, SPC data tracking, yield improvements, and equipment qualification. Collaboration with engineers in material growth, wafer processing and detector testing to develop and improve processing techniques and production capabilities. Assurance of all processes to be performed in accordance with the established manufacturing procedures and work instructions, and in compliance with environmental and safety regulations and AS9100 quality standard.
